Catfish episode 14

Last night's episode of MTV's Catfish: The TV Show featured a woman, Keyonnah, who believed she was in an online relationship with former kiddie rapper and BET 106 & Park host Shad Moss, a.k.a. Bow Wow.

Keyonnah's doubts were erased when the impersonator sent her $10,000, which she claims she spent paying off her family's bills. Catfish's dimwitted producers Nev Schulman and Max Joseph pretended not to know how easy it was to confirm the identity of the person imitating the rapper.

Catfish Rod and Ebony

Tongues are wagging about last night's episode of MTV's Catfish, a reality TV series about fake online dating profiles. The series is hosted by Nev Schulman, right, who himself was hoodwinked by a fake FB profile.

Rod and Ebony met on a dating website for gays and bisexuals. Rod believes Ebony is a transgender male who lives his life as a female. They have been "dating" online for 4 years. Rod, who claims he is neither gay or curious, wants to come clean to Ebony about his fake profile on Facebook. He is not the man he presents himself to be -- but then, neither is Ebony.

I have my suspicions about this show but I will keep them to myself. Watch the episode after the break.
