Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson can breathe easier today. Gossip website TMZ.com reports that the sex tape leak that kept Johnson awake at night has been capped. Johnson’s attorneys served cease and desist notices on the websites that hosted the video, which was stolen from Johnson’s hacked cell phone.

Former NFL player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is the latest star to leak a sex tape in hopes of generating ratings or interest in a project he’s involved with. Johnson and his ex-wife, Evelyn Lozada, were set to star in a much-hyped Basketball Wives spin-off about their fake marriage, but their reality show was put on ice by VH1 when Johnson went off-script and Chris Browned Lozada earlier this year.
