Eliza Seraphin, aka Eliza Reign, has won another legal victory in court against promiscuous rapper Future Hendrix.

DNA tests confirmed he is the father of her infant daughter Reign. Now Eliza wants a judge to order Future to pay child support retroactively for a year in addition to legal fees and court costs.

Onsite! spoke to Eliza's lawyer, Brandon Rotbart, who confirmed what everyone already knew: that Future, real name Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, was the daddy.

"The court made a finding that Mr. Wilburn is the biological and legal father to the child," said Rotbart.

Future is already father to 9 children, including a son by part-time pop singer Ciara Wilson.

The coronavirus lockdown in most states has inhibited rappers like Future from earning under the table cash to pay their child support bills.

Many rappers are hurting financially since concerts and club appearances have been banned until 2021 to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

One of rapper Future's alleged baby mamas reportedly reached an out of court settlement with him for child support for their 1-year-old son Legend Wilburn.

Cindy Parker, who filed a paternity suit for child support against the rapper last year, filed a notice of non-suit on March 13, court documents show.

Insiders say Parker will receive between $9,000 and $11,000 a month for the care and maintenance of little Legend.

Future, real name Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, 36, fathered 7 other children by multiple women. Two additional women came forward last year, claiming the virile rapper fathered their children.

Parker and Eliza Reign Seraphin reportedly took their toddlers to get a familial DNA test that confirmed the babies are siblings who share the same father.

Seraphin has put Future on blast on the blogs. He recently asked a judge to slap a gag order on her.

Parker is low-key and staying off the blogs. She posted photos of her son from a professional photo shoot on her Instagram. Everyone agrees the toddler looks like his alleged father.

Future is dating industry mattress Lori Harvey, 22, who is working on Future's baby number 10.

Rapper Future Hendrix has run out of excuses and time. A Georgia judge ordered him to take a DNA test to determine if he fathered Instagram model Eliza Seraphin's daughter, Reign.

Bossip reports the judge ordered Future to undergo DNA testing within the month or face penalties.

The father of 8 or 9 was also ordered to submit his income and other financial documents to the court within the next 10 days or face possible sanctions.

Seraphin believes Future has earned over $19 million in 2019, and she wants her cut for their daughter.

In his response to the court, Future accused Seraphin of calling their 9-month-old daughter Reign a "check baby."

Future's lawyers defined a "check baby" as urban slang for conceiving a child for the sole purpose of profiting financially by extorting money from a wealthy sperm donor.

Additionally, the 36-year-old rapper alleges that Eliza took fertility pills to ensure she would get pregnant.

Court documents obtained by TMZ shows that Future spoke with a friend of Eliza's, who confessed that Eliza researched the total amount of child support he pays to his other baby mamas.

In a social media post on Wednesday, Seraphin denied calling her daughter a "check baby."

Future shares a son, Future Zahir Wilburn, with studio singer Ciara Wilson, who is currently pregnant with her third child.

Future previously sued Eliza, accusing her of defamation, invasion of privacy and publicizing their sex life for financial gain.

The rapper said Eliza gave intimate details of his anatomy to vloggers in a recent interview, and that her behavior has caused him emotional distress and damaged his brand.

Future believes Eliza is suffering from a mental illness and he claims she has been violent in the past and threatened former lovers with firearms.

Although he has not publicly claimed Reign as his daughter, Future admits having sex with Eliza on multiple occasions between 2016 and 2018.

Future prays the court will grant his request for a cap on any child support, telling the judge Eliza only needs $450 a month for Reign's basic necessities.

The judge has not yet ruled on the request.

One of Antonio Brown's baby mamas has taken legal action against the unemployed NFL star for child custody and financial support.

Brown was slapped with a paternity lawsuit by Chelsie Kyriss. According to the documents obtained by The Blast, Kyriss filed the suit in a Florida court on January 15.

Kryiss, who is Caucasian, asked the court to confirm Brown is the legal father of their three sons. She also wants the court to determine a set amount for child support.

The lawsuit comes just days after the troubled wide receiver threw Kyriss and their children out of his Hollywood, Florida home and live-streamed himself cursing at her in front of their children.

Brown has five children - four sons and a daughter.

Brown accused Kyriss of attempting to steal his Bentley automobile - a gift from Brown to Kyriss during happier times.

In a previous court case in December, Brown filed an eviction notice to legally evict Kyriss from his home.

In the suit, Brown said Kyriss was a "former girlfriend" who had been living at the home as his guest. He said he repeatedly asked her and his kids to leave, but she refused. "Defendants continue to remain in, occupy or otherwise possess the subject property without honest of Plaintiff," reads the document.

Brown gave Kyriss a deadline of December 18 to be gone and remove her personal belongings from the property, but she missed the deadline.

Brown was cut by the New England Patriots after one game amid sexual assault allegations against him.

One of rapper Future's baby mamas has accused him of attempting to make one of his paternity suits go away by paying her hush money.

Cindy Renae Parker filed papers in a Texas court in October, seeking to have the promiscuous rapper take a DNA test to prove he fathered her baby son Legend.

The 36-year-old hip-hop star, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, has refused to acknowledge the child, who was born in July 2019.

In a recent Instagram post, Parker suggested Future contacted her to have her quit talking publicly about the paternity case.

She first posted a quote, which read: "Do it. Because your kids deserve a mother they can brag about."

In the accompanying caption, Parker wrote, "I know one day Legend will be proud I fought for him & didn't accept 'hush money' to keep him hidden."

Parker has since deleted the post, but she left the results of a DNA test indicating her son is related to another of Future's alleged kids online.

Parker and Florida resident Eliza Seraphin (pictured), who is also suing the rapper over paternity of her baby girl Reign, have become allies. The ladies had genetic testing done on their children to determine if they are half siblings.

"DNA testing was done to determine siblingship of the alleged siblings," read the medical document. "Based on testing results obtained from analyzes of the DNA test listed, the probability of half-siblingship is 99.999996%.

Testing further determined with a high degree of certainty that the children were fathered by the same man.

Alongside the results, Parker vowed to keep Eliza and Reign in her son's life: "Legend can be avoided. Even the court system can be avoided," she wrote. "However, one thing that is for sure, is charity starts at the home and family is everything, regardless of the circumstances."

Future, who is reportedly dating live-in model Lori Harvey, insists he only fathered six kids with five different women, including his five-year-old son, also named Future, with ex-fiancee Ciara.

DNA has confirmed Robert Hunter Biden fathered a baby girl with a 28-year-old woman in Arkansas last year. Hunter is the son of Joe Biden.

Lunden Roberts filed a paternity lawsuit against Hunter last year, after Hunter did not acknowledge paternity or provide child support for the baby girl.

"DNA testing has established with scientific certainty that the defendant is the father of the plaintiff's child," according to court papers obtained by PEOPLE.

Hunter repeatedly denied fathering a baby with Roberts. Her attorney said she did not want to cause a media spectacle or disrupt Joe Biden's campaign for president.

"She just wants this baby to get financial support from the baby's father," said Clint Lancaster.

Roberts told the Democrat-Gazette she met Biden while she was a student and basketball player at George Washington University.

Although he was old enough to be her father, Roberts said they had a sexual relationship and she never doubted he was the father of her baby.

"My client has never doubted the paternity of this child, has never equivocated," Clint tells PEOPLE. "She has never wavered. She has never doubted the results."

The baby is former Vice President Joe Biden's 5th grandchild. Clint says Roberts hopes the Bidens will choose to have a relationship with the child.

Clint said Roberts's next step will be determining the amount of child support Hunter should pay to Roberts.

Hunter Biden reportedly earned over $20 million from a company in the Ukraine and nearly $1.5 billion from China.

The Bidens are accused of using his position with the Obama administration to benefit financially from foreign governments in a practice known as "influence peddling."

Rappers like Future Hendrix are busy performing in clubs every night or trying to stay one step ahead of process servers sent by baby mamas eager to cash in their child support lottery tickets.

Future's schedule is so hectic that his latest paternity suit was put on hold by a judge because the process server is having a difficult time locating him.

Cindy Renae Parker filed papers against the "Jumpman" hitmaker, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, in Texas last month, according to WENN.com. Parker claims Nayvadius is the father of her son Legend, who was born in July of this year.

However, process servers have been unable to track down the elusive hip-hop star, leaving her paternity case at a standstill.

According to The Blast, a hearing originally scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 14, was canceled, and now Parker is requesting permission to have Future served in a different way in hopes of keeping her suit alive.

The judge overseeing the case has yet to rule on her request.

One of Future's 6 other baby mamas can sympathize with Parker. Eliza Seraphin also filed a paternity suit against the 35-year-old Scorpio in Florida. Seraphin insists he fathered her adorable seven-month-old daughter Reign.

Future maintains he only has 5 baby mamas, including former fiancee Ciara, the mother of his five-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn.

Rapper Future is accused of fathering his seventh child - according to a paternity suit filed by a Texas woman who claims the rap star fathered her son, born in July.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Cindy Renae Parker is alleging the randy rapper fathered her three-month-old son, Legend Ary Wilburn.

Cindy told the court she made repeated attempts to serve the rapper with papers, but he managed to evade her. Sources claim Future agreed to take a paternity test but he stopped responding to his alleged baby mama when it came time to take the test.

Insiders tell TMZ Cindy just wants to resolve the issue amicably and privately - outside of court, but she had no other choice but to take the promiscuous rapper to court.

Future, real name Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, is no stranger to paternity suits. 2 months ago the 35-year-old Scorpio was served with similar papers by a Florida woman, Eliza Seraphin, who claims he fathered her six-month-old daughter.

Rumor has it that industry volley ball, Lori Harvey, is anxious to get to know Future better after trolling the blogs with rap mogul, Sean "Puffy" Combs.

Lori was spotted dining at Nobu restaurant in Malibu on Sunday - around the same time Future was there.

Hours later, Lori, 22, rolled her Mercedes wagon after hitting another car. She was cited by Beverly Hills police for a hit and run and delay in reporting an accident.

Rapper Future Hendrix is one step closer to silencing his rumored baby mama, Eliza Reign Seraphin, who allegedly gave birth to his 7th child.

The Blast reports that Future, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, rushed to court last month to silence his 7th baby mama who filed a paternity case against him in Broward County, Florida, where she resides.

Eliza is asking for retroactive and current child support for her daughter. She has been very vocal on Instagram about Future's alleged failure to support his youngest child.

Prince Williams/ATLPics.net

The 35-year-old Atlanta rapper already has six children with as many baby mamas, including part-time singer Ciara, mom to his son Future Zahir Wilburn, 5.

Future's lawyer filed a motion asking a Florida judge to slap a gag order on Eliza.

Now Future is one step closer to getting his wish.

According to Rhymeswithsnitch.com:

This week a Florida judge set a hearing date for November 8, 2019 to determine if Eliza should be ordered to keep her trap shut.

This is an interesting development.

Normally a judge would order the accused baby daddy to provide DNA to prove or disprove his paternity. But that hasn't happened in this case.

Is it possible that Future is not Reign's daddy? If that is the case, Sandrarose.com's readers owe him an apology.
