Socialite Lala Anthony visited her bestie, Kim Kardashian today at Kanye West's home in the SoHo section of New York City. LaLa was last seen dropping off "gifts" for Kim's baby daughter, North West, and it isn't even the child's birthday. LaLa returned again today because Kanye's brownstone is where most of the city's paparazzi are camped out. We know how much LaLa loves attention.

I Look To You, Whitney Houston’s first new Arista/RMG studio album of original material in seven years, debuts at #1 on this week’s HITS sales chart, with a total topping 300k. Her last album (aside from a 2003 Christmas release), Just Whitney, debuted at #9 with 205k back in 2002.
Hollywood’s Miley Cyrus, last week’s #2 after her Wal-Mart exclusive album, The Time of Our Lives, went on sale before release date, remains in the same spot, with a total of 162k, a whopping 154% increase, thanks to the runaway smash, “Party in the U.S.A.”
Atlantic R&B smoothie Trey Songz is the week’s other Top 5 debut, nestling in at #3 with 136k for Ready, while Epic’s Chevelle (#7) and J/RMG’s Pitbull (#8) are the other Top 10 newcomers.
Epic’s late superstar Michael Jackson continues to hold down a pair of Top 10 slots, with Number Ones at #4 and Thriller at #9, the latter up another 59%.
TVT Records, home to artists such as Lil Jon, Pitbull, Ying Yang Twins, Yo Gotti (pictured above) and Teedra Moses, became another casualty of the steady decline in Hip Hop record sales yesterday. According to online reports, the label filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and fired most of its staff.
The writing has been on the wall for awhile now - Lil' Jon packed up and deserted camp for Los Angeles last year, and Pitbull expressed his dissatisfaction with the promotion his CD Boatlift received. But the news still surprised some including the artists like Teedra Moses who is seeking a new label home.
Sources close to TVT Records revealed that artists like Yo Gotti and Teedra are free to seek contracts with other labels. "Yo Gotti is a prime candidate as a free agent to go...He's done his part as an artist, and although he's a little under the radar and people in New York don't know him that well, other majors like maybe Def Jam or Universal, whom he had a previous deal with, might want to pick him up," revealed the source.
This morning, a slew of "last day at TVT" emails went out to most of the industry - including Sandrarose.com. One email's author, considered a head honcho at TVT, wrote:
Today is my last day at TVT Records. After six years, I will be moving on to pursue new opportunities. It has been a pleasure and I sincerely appreciate all your support, guidance, and encouragement...
Splendid new beginnings...
