NFL player Kyle Queiro apologized for publicly questioning singer Jill Scott's voluptuous appeal. It all started when Kyle took to Twitter on Friday, and asked: "People are attracted to JILL SCOTT!?"

Kyle followed up with: "& by no means is she ugly. But y'all really sexually aroused by her huh?"

"So it's an energy thing. Got it."

The 29-year-old linebacker, who last played for the NFL's Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Dragons of the XFL League, was dragged on Twitter for 2 straight days.

Jill's fans called Kyle out for fat-shaming the 48-year-old R&B singer. They said since he took the time to question Jill's attractive qualities, that must mean he was checking for her.

Kyle managed to accomplish 2 things: He got Jill Scott's attention and he earned his 15 minutes of shame on Black Twitter.

He later apologized for his insensitive tweets.

The XFL football league considered extending an offer to NFL free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick, but he wanted too much money.

The XFL, owned by Vince McMahon, has seen a resurgence in popularity since it was revived in 2017.

XFL commissioner Oliver Luck tells National Public Radio he extended a contract offer to Kaepernick, who has been out of work since he opted out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers in 2016.

Luck said Kaepernick's salary requirements were too high for the fledgling league. Kaepernick demanded $20 million or more (an average of $2 million per game).

Luck hinted that Kaepernick isn't worth $20 million.

"I don't know," Luck said. "That was well over a year ago, so I don't know what kind of shape, you know, Colin is in. And, you know, we haven't followed that because... we want the best players who are interested in playing in our league."

Kaepernick, 32, sabotaged an opportunity to workout in front of 25 NFL teams in Atlanta last year. He switched the location of the workout at the last minute, causing many teams to cancel their appearances.

Kaepernick's problems began when he was benched by the 49ers, and he chose not to stand for the National Anthem as a form of protest against his benching.

He later claimed he was protesting police brutality and violence against unarmed Black men in America.

NFL Hall of Fame star Cris Carter thinks that's why a teammate of NY Jets quarterback Geno Smith threw a sucker punch that broke his jaw.

Imagine a Cleveland Cavaliers teammate throwing a punch at LeBron James.

Seahawks lose

The New England Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks 28-24 in Super Bowl 49 on Sunday. Only one play stood between the favored Seahawks and their destiny as back-to-back Super Bowl champs. Then something strange happened; something that has never happened before in the annals of Super Bowl history when a team is on the 1-yard line with the best running back in the NFL in their backfield. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson threw an interception instead of handing the ball off to Marshawn Lynch.

Marshawn Lynch

A vain NFL player who is apparently too cheap to valet park his car surrounds his expensive sports car with velvet ropes when he parks.

A Twitter user posted this photo of Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch's expensive Lamborghini Aventador parked on a busy street in Oakland, Ca., yesterday. The $400,000 luxury sports car is protected by 4 chrome stanchions with red velvet ropes, much to the amusement of passersby.
