Embattled Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks was spotted grocery shopping earlier today in Atlanta. Parks, a local attorney, was signed as an ambassador for Xenadrine. She will need the extra cash if she is named in the federal indictments in her husband’s bank fraud case.
According to a press release from Xenadrine, Parks is “the epitome of today’s motivated, driven, and goal oriented entrepreneurial female.” Supposedly, Phaedra added Xenadrine to her diet and exercise routine after delivering her second son.
The press release claims Phaedra credits the weight loss formula with giving her “an extra boost of energy that not only helped her barrel through her busiest days, but left her with enough extra energy for her workouts, cardio sessions, or tougher yet, another Real Housewives reunion!”

Confidential sources tell Sandrarose.com exclusively that the U.S. Attorney will grant “someone” immunity from prosecution for their testimony against local attorney and reality TV star Phaedra Parks. The source also said that Parks “will likely be prosecuted” on racketeering and conspiracy charges.
Embattled local attorney Phaedra Parks, far left, appeared at a deposition for Angela Stanton, right, author of the tell-all book, Lies of a Real Housewife, in Gwinnett County earlier this week. Parks is suing Stanton for defamation after Stanton alleged that Parks was the mastermind behind an auto theft ring that operated in Atlanta.
As I told you previously, Parks refused Stanton’s attorney’s request to appear at her own deposition to provide evidence that Stanton defamed her.
James Radford, Jr., the attorney for author Angela Stanton, has asked a Gwinnett County judge to rule in favor of his client in the matter of Phaedra C. Parks vs. Angela Stanton. Radford cites the fact that Parks, an attorney herself, has refused to sit for a deposition to show evidence that Stanton defamed the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member in her book, Lies of a Real Housewife.
Radford is also asking the court to order Parks to pay Stanton’s attorney’s fees.

Uninformed sources are reporting that local attorney Phaedra Creonta Parks, 44, is due to appear at an upcoming disciplinary hearing to determine the status of her law license. According to my source at the Georgia bar there is no disciplinary hearing set for Ms. Parks, whose law license remains in good standing with the bar.
