The 29-year-old Compton, California native became a “brand ambassador” for the sportswear giant in 2014, and he has used similar ideological guerrilla marketing to sell sneakers to his fans.

Chris Brown Justice for Trayvon LA

Singer Chris Brown joined LA City officials and community leaders at a Justice for Trayvon Martin walk in the South Central L.A. area known as “The Jungles” on Saturday, July 20, in Los Angeles, California. Brown gave away hundreds of pairs of free Reebok sneakers to underprivileged youngsters at the Jim Gilliam child care and recreational center.

In a bid to repair his damaged image, troubled singer Chris Brown gave away new sneakers at the ‘WE US: Walk Everywhere in Unity’s Shoes’ event at Crenshaw Senior High School on Saturday, July 6, in Los Angeles, California. Brown, 24, gave away free Reebok sneakers to children in need. Brown was recently charged with a hit-and-run and leaving the scene of an accident without exchanging information, both misdemeanors.

    Drake attend Reebok Classic Gifting Lounge

    Canadian rap artist Aubrey Graham, aka Drake was one of the artists who stopped by the Reebok Classic Gifting Lounge backstage at this past weekend’s Hot 97 Birthday Bash in Atlanta. According to Upscalehype.com, Drake wore a Lanvin round collar button shirt from the Spring/Summer 2013 Collection, which retails for $624 — and matching shorts. He rounded out his look with the compulsory rap accessory Timberland work boots.

    Reebok Drops Rick Ross

    Reebok has dropped Miami rapper Rick Ross amid protests over his rape rap lyrics, the NY Times reports.

    Ross, a former corrections officer, came under fire when he quipped about drugging a woman’s drink so he could have his way with her on the track “U.O.E.N.O. (You ain’t even know)” by Atlanta rapper/producer Rocko Da Don.
