Tameka Raymond Usher Raymond Judge Goger

This email came from a credible source within the Fulton County courthouse. The email concerns Fulton County Superior Court Judge John Goger who is presiding over Tameka Raymond's emergency hearing to request custody of her 2 sons with Usher Raymond.

Usher and Tameka's 5-year-old son, Usher Raymond V, nearly drowned in his aunt's swimming pool on Monday.

Usher Raymond V, aka Cinco, is still recovering in an Atlanta area hospital. The boy inhaled chlorine water into his lungs and required respiratory support when he first arrived in the ICU.

Yesterday, Tameka tweeted a photo of herself holding Cinco in his hospital room.

In the caption she wrote:

My favorite 5 year old. What a blessing! I have always loved and appreciated my sons but tragedies and close calls make this even more evident. URV had an angel named Kile Ishmael and our Lord and true savior to look after him. Words cannot express the relief and how thankful to God I truly am. Thank you Jehovah God, Jesus and Kile...also The AV worker that saved my son is my Hero!!! Period

Judge Goger is the same judge who returned a girl to her millionaire father after the father was arrested twice for abusing her.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge John J. Goger granted Tameka Raymond's request for an emergency hearing on Tuesday -- one day after her 5-year-old son nearly drowned in his aunt's swimming pool in Fulton County. The emergency hearing is scheduled for Friday, August 9.

Tameka Raymond is asking Judge Goger to reverse a previous court order giving singer Usher Raymond primary custody of their two sons, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely, 4.

Pool entrapment law

On Monday, singer Usher Raymond's 5-year-old son, Usher Raymond V, almost became another tragic pool drain statistic.

The boy was playing in the pool with his aunt when his arm became caught in the pool's drain. His aunt, a nanny, and a housekeeper were unsuccessful in pulling the boy from the drain.

Sound technician Eugene Stachurski, who was installing AV equipment in the house, heard the women's screams and dived into the pool. Stachurski pulled the boy from the drain and performed CPR on him. CNN reports that the child was "conscious, alert and breathing" when an ambulance transported him to a hospital. He was kept overnight for observation.

"My son is OK, but I have no further comment at this time," the boy's mother Tameka Foster told CNN Tuesday. She answered "I have no comment" when asked about media reports that her lawyer filed an emergency injunction to remove her two sons from Usher's care on Tuesday.

Usher and Tameka were lucky. Their son was saved by a quick thinking contractor. But an inexpensive pool drain cover could have prevented the near-tragedy from happening.

Usher son nearly drowns

TMZ has obtained a copy of the 911 call placed by Usher's frantic aunt Rena Oden after Usher's 5-year-old son nearly drowned in a swimming pool at a private residence on Howell Mill Road in suburban Fulton County on Monday, Aug. 5.

Usher Raymond V, aka Cinco, was pulled from the pool unconscious after his hand became stuck in a pool drain when he dived in to retrieve a toy. His aunt and a maid tried unsuccessfully to free the boy. Two men working inside the house heard the women's screams and dived into the pool. The men were able to rescue the child.

Price cut on Usher mansion in Roswell

R&B crooner Usher Raymond is still trying to sell Tameka Raymond's 12,000 sq ft mansion in Roswell. The sprawling mansion with 8 beds and 11 baths was listed for $3.2 million in January. But after sitting for months with no serious offers, Usher dropped the price $550K in June. The mansion boasts a chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, a hair salon with spa, home gym and 7-car garage. The home is about 5 miles from Usher's $1.9 million mansion in Johns Creek.

Usher and Grace Miguel

R&B singer Usher Raymond and his longtime girlfriend, Grace Miguel, were spotted leaving Cipriani Downtown restaurant in NYC on Wednesday. Grace hid her face behind an expensive Goyard clutch. She doesn't seem like the shy type, so why is she hiding her face? Usher has that "I'm so over her" look on his face. I recall seeing that same look on Usher's face right before he dumped his ex-wife Tameka Raymond for another mother figure.

R&B crooner Usher Raymond was seen arriving at his downtown NY hotel today. He was dressed smartly in a blue suit and matching shoes. Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond was once again fodder for the blogs when her 4-year-old son, Naviyd, snapped a photo of his genitals and allegedly uploaded the image to his mother's Instagram page. When Tameka was alerted to the photo, she deleted the image and replaced it with one of the little boy in tears -- presumably after she'd placed him in time out.

The photos touched off an outcry on social media from users who assumed the boy was with his father when he snapped the inappropriate photo. The question became: was Naviyd imitating his father? But Usher took to his Twitter account to proclaim his innocence. "Tameka," he tweeted, indicating that Naviyd was with his mother when the incident occurred.

Straightfromthea.com reports that Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane, who presided over the contentious Raymond vs Raymond child custody case, has stepped down.

In a controversial ruling in September, Judge Tipton-Lane awarded Usher Raymond full custody of his two boys, ages 4 and 5. Prior to the judge's ruling, Raymond shared custody of the boys with his ex-wife, Tameka Foster-Raymond.

Following the ruling, Foster-Raymond’s attorney, Lisa West, filed a Motion for Recusal, accusing Tipton-Lane of bias in light of Judge Lane’s close ties with Usher Raymond’s attorney, John Mayoue, who contributed to Judge Lane’s reelection campaign.

Sandrarose.com was the first blog to bring you the news of Judge Lane's ties to Usher's attorney.

    Tameka Raymond

Poor Tameka Raymond is at it again: the former celebrity stylist was so stumbling drunk after leaving Josh Smith's birthday bash last night that she couldn't find her house keys. She ended up sleeping on the stoop until morning. The surprising part of all this is that Tamaka herself tweeted the evidence! Gotta love her!

This post was updated from an earlier version that contains the same information as present.

R&B crooner Usher Raymond recently put the palatial mansion that he once shared with ex-wife Tameka Raymond on the market -- and he's giving her 60 days to vacate the premises.

Public records show the 33-year-old singer purchased the 12,445 square foot, 6 bedroom, 8 bath mansion in Roswell in 2007 (the year he married Tameka) for $3,040,000. The value of the home has dropped over a million dollars in recent years. But Usher is listing the home at $3.2 million.

Usher filed for divorce from Tameka in 2009 after living apart for over a year. He allowed Tameka to live in the mansion with their sons, 4 and 3, and her sons from previous relationships for a few years. But the terms of their divorce allows Usher to sell the mansion at will.

Friends say Usher was tired of sinking thousands of dollars a month into the mansion for its daily upkeep. He wants Tameka out so he can unload the pricey property and cut his losses.

Usher Raymond Tameka Raymond Judge Lane

Despite a federal probe into judicial corruption in her courtroom, Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane denied Tameka Raymond's request for a new trial Tuesday. Tameka Raymond's attorneys filed a motion for recusal in September. The motion prompted a federal investigation into corruption in the contentious child custody case between Tameka and her ex-husband Usher Raymond. Tameka Raymond's attorneys allege a special relationship between Usher's attorney John Mayoue and the judge.

Last night, Tameka responded to the motion's denial in a tweet on her Twitter page.

How embarrassing for Tameka Foster: first her soon-to-be-ex husband Usher called the cops on her twice for vandalizing his car. Then rapper Young Jeezy dissed her to her face at the new Compound nightclub last night.

After I posted the pics from last night, my readers pointed out the visible tracks in Tameka's horrible weave. How tacky! It just goes to show that money doesn't buy class.

According to Radaronline.com, R&B crooner Usher Raymond IV has yet to sign legal paperwork finalizing his divorce from professional golddigger Tameka Foster.

But that's not entirely true, according to my inside source. It seems that the divorce papers have already been signed by both parties and are now awaiting the judge's signature.

As Jawn Murray wrote in his BV Buzz column, an agreement was reached between the two parties and Usher has moved on with his life.

But Tameka and her loyal pit bull publicist wants the public to believe differently -- if only to keep her name in the news for a little while longer.

According to Radaronline.com, soon-to-be divorced Tameka Foster is telling friends that Usher refuses to sign the divorce papers. Why would he do that?

I think the public is getting very wary of these publicity stunts -- if in fact that's what this is. We know that Usher has moved on with his life because our NY sources tell us that he and lady love Grace Miguel are practically inseparable.

But he does have an album coming out and judging from that first single released yesterday, it needs all the promo it can get.

Usher was busy singing about "Papers" this week, but when it came to signing his own divorce papers, he isn't ready to let his boo go just yet.

Usher is reportedly delaying the divorce process by not singing off on the papers.

"Tameka thinks that it's ironic that Papers is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce," the source told Radaronline.

"The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them and she's the one that wants to move on with her life."

The couple has reportedly been separated for over a year now, so why the delay in the divorce? Is Usher having a change of heart? Stay tuned to find out more!

    Source

I never would have guessed that Usher's "other woman" was older than he was. She looks so young to me. The truth is, she's older than Usher's wife Tameka who is 40 (or 41 depending on who you ask).

I should have known she was older since Ush is only into older women. You know, he still has those Oedipus Complex issues that he hasn't fully worked through yet.

    From Egypt:

According to sources the woman in question is a 42 year old Def Jam executive named Grace Miguel who is married to video production company owner, Lou Miguel of Box Fresh Films. Usher’s label is Arista, not Def Jam. So was he creeping on Tameka or planning to bounce from his label??? Insiders say that they are officially over and that Usher plans to file for separation in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Usher's wife is still on Twitter.com denying the separation rumors even though it's quite obvious. When anyone challenges her on Twitter she accuses them of trying to steal her "followers." Someone should explain to Tameka that her "followers" are only wasting their time following her because they think she's still with Usher.
