Tamera Mowry-Housley is leaving daytime talk show "The Real" after 7 years. The 42-year-old star confirmed her departure on social media Monday evening.

Tamera's announcement followed the news that Glee star Naya Rivera's body was found in Lake Piru on Monday.

"I had NO intention to talk about this today, especially in light of the news of my dear friend Naya, but now some reports are coming out and I'd rather you hear it from me first," she tweeted.

"For seven years, my home and heart has been at The Real. The friendships that I've made there will last a lifetime, and the people that I've had the blessing to interview have changed my life for the better.

"However, all good things must come to an end, and it's with a bittersweet smile that I announce that I am moving on from The Real. To my fellow hosts, I love you, I will miss you, and I will always be there for you."

'American Sniper' actor, Cory Hardrict and his wife, actress, Tia Mowry are spotted at LAX

Actress Tia Mowry is not going to like this: a major photo wire service named Cory Hardrict BEFORE HER in a photo caption. At one time Mowry, 36, was a bigger star than her husband of 6 years. Now she must play second fiddle to him! Tia and her twin sister, Tamera (who co-hosts The Real), were child stars of the popular hit TV series 'Sister, Sister'. The photo caption reads:

'American Sniper' actor Cory Hardrict and his wife, actress, Tia Mowry are spotted at LAX in Los Angeles. Mowry, who starred in 'Sister, Sister' was seen with braids and torn jeans.

Like I said, Tia is not going to like this. Narcissists are very sensitive about things of this nature.

Actress Tamera Mowry-Housley grew up before our eyes as one of the twin wunderkinders Tia and Tamera on TV's 1990s hit sitcom Sister, Sister. As child stars who were in demand, the twins didn't have the time to get a quality education. That helps explain why Tamera went on a Twitter rant accusing Cocaofab.com of trying "to stay relevant" by attributing an inaccurate quote about Rihanna and Chris Brown to her.

"Please don't make up situations at my expense @mycocoafab to try to stay relevant. Please don't put words in my mouth. Not cool!" an angry Tamera wrote earlier today on her official Twitter account.
