Actor Terrence Howard was dealt a blow by a Los Angeles appeals court judge who ruled to reinstate Howard’s 2012 divorce settlement.

The 48-year-old ‘Empire’ star finalized his divorce from his 2nd wife, Michelle Ghent (pictured above), in 2013. The couple had been married for just a year when they split in 2011.

Empire‘s finale fizzled rather than going out with a bang. The show ended with a cliffhanger that was as weak as day old coffee.

The best scenes occurred when Rhonda went for Anika‘s throat after concluding it was Anika who caused her to lose her baby.

What woman didn’t feel Rhonda’s pain when she went for Anika’s neck? Yet the ultimate showdown between Rhonda and Anika didn’t bring the drama that Empire viewers expected and deserved after tolerating the show’s quirky script writing all season.

Fox TV’s soap opera musical “Empire” hit rock bottom in the ratings last night. According to TVbytheNumbers, only 9.1 million viewers tuned in to watch the midseason break on Wednesday night. That’s a drop of over 2 million viewers in one week!

Empire saw its biggest drop in the all-important adult 18-49 ratings point per household (3.2). Last week’s ratings point was 4.4!
