A Swiss boutique clerk is outraged that media mogul Oprah Winfrey embellished their encounter after she lodged racism allegations against the high end Switzerland boutique.

The Trois Pommes sales assistant said she felt "powerless" and "in a cyclone" after Oprah went on American TV to say she was a victim of racism. Oprah said the saleswoman refused to show her a $35,000 handbag because it was too expensive for her.

But the saleswoman emphatically denied the incident went down the way Oprah said it did. Trudy Goetz, the shop owner, called the accusations "absurd."

A Swiss high end boutique issued an apology to American media mogul Oprah Winfrey after a clerk there refused to show Winfrey a handbag because it was too expensive for her.

Oprah and her longtime Lover Gayle King were in Zurich, Switzerland to attend Tina Turner's wedding.

"Obviously 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' is not shown in Zurich," Oprah told Entertainment Tonight.

If anyone knows a thing or two about bad marriages it's R&B legend Tina Turner. That's why the 73-year-old "Proud Mary" singer waited 2 decades to tie the knot again. Turner and Erwin Bach, her boyfriend of 27 years, plan to wed this Sunday in a civil ceremony in Switzerland, People.com reports.

Turner and Bach have lived together in Zurich, Switzerland, for more than 15 years. The couple plan to have a Buddhist celebration at their home near Lake Zurich on Sunday, according to People.com. Turner recently applied for Swiss citizenship after renouncing her American citizenship.

Turner's last marriage to musician Ike Turner ended in divorce in 1976, after years of abuse. Ike died in 2008 of a cocaine overdose.

Good news for Beyonce fans: the Academy of the Recording Arts announced today that Beyonce and the legendary Tina Turner will perform an electrifying duet during the 50th Annual Grammy Awards this Sunday.

The Recording Academy has also announced an additional slew of performers for the ceremony, including Kid Rock, pianist Eldar, saxophonist Dave Koz and singer Keely Smith. They join previously slated acts like Fergie with John Legend, Rihanna, Josh Groban with Andrea Bocelli, Feist, Foo Fighters with John Paul Jones, Alicia Keys, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Aretha Franklin and Mary J.
