A case of Driving While Black has social media up in arms, after a cop interrogated a driver, then gave him a warning ticket for driving 5 miles under the posted speed limit.

The driver of a rental car wrote about his encounter with a Sampson County police officer last week. The officer cited the man for driving 65 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. The excuse the cop gave was that the motorist was driving suspiciously under the speed limit.

The man said the cop tailed him "for 10 minutes without committing one single traffic violation. No missed signal, no following too closely.”

The driver recorded the incident on his cell phone and uploaded the footage to Facebook.com.

"While it is ever so important to celebrate and uplift our heritage and progress in America with regard to racial disparities, we must always continue to challenge racial injustice, inequalities, and discrimination to show true honor to those that gave tirelessly to the cause both negro and other," he wrote.

The man said he manages several branches for his company, a job that requires him to "make use of these roadways for express transitions both to and from. However I do not feel safe nor comfortable after this obvious misuse of power. Civil servants must remember [their] primary function is to serve and protect, and this officer has clearly lost sight of what that truly is."

A video that shows a Black University of Virginia student asking white people to leave a campus center has gone viral.

In the video that surfaced Wednesday afternoon, a Black woman with Caucasian hair weave down to her butt made a "public service announcement", saying she was "uncomfortable" by "too many white people" in the Multicultural Student Center.

Claiming it is a "space for people of color," the woman urged all white people to leave the building.

"If y'all didn't know, this is the MSC, and frankly there's just too many white people in here," she shouted.

"This is a space for people of color. So just be really cognizant of the space you're taking up, because it does make some of us POC's (people of color) uncomfortable when we see too many white people in here. It's only been open for four days and frankly there's the whole university for a lot of y'all to be at and there's very few spaces for us. So keep that in mind. Thank you."

The video ends with a round of applause.

The video was originally tweeted by a student with the username WUF (@WafaFlofa_Flame), who referred to white students as "a bunch of infiltrators" before deleting her Twitter account.

WUF identified the Black woman as Twitter user Aunty Ezinne (@easily_ezzy), who delighted in the attention she received -- until she made her page private on Wednesday afternoon.

In screen captures by theCollegeFix.com, Aunty Ezinne tweeted: "Why did I smack my lips like that when I said white people" and "Y'all should have seen how quick the WHITE people packed their bags and left!"

She works hard for the money: a Dallas stripper who fell 20 feet while working a stripper pole, suffered a broken jaw, but she got up and kept twerking.

Cell phone video of the incident shows exotic dancer Genea Sky plunging 20 feet to the floor while working a pole at the XTC Cabaret strip club in Dallas.

Sky landed on her face on the stage while performing pole maneuvers for a packed house over the weekend. Even though she suffered a fractured jaw, Sky got up and continued twerking.

Sky thanked her fans after the video went viral.

"Originally I didn't plan on posting about this situation at all," she said in a YouTube video. "But obviously the video has gone viral and I'm getting a lot of messages asking me if I'm ok. I pretty much broke my jaw and I have to have surgery on it [on Monday]," she said. "Aside from that, I'm good."

A GoFundMe account set up by a friend to help pay Sky's medical bills has garnered nearly $19,000.

Boxer Gervonta Davis was arrested and charged with assault after he got rough with his baby mama during a celebrity basketball game in Miami.

The Coral Gables Police Department announced Davis's arrest on Tuesday, after a viral video showed the champion boxer snatching his baby mama, Andretta, by her neck during an argument and dragging her out of a gym. The couple was in Miami to attend the Super Bowl.

"As a result of an ongoing investigation after being notified through social media and the victim, on February 1, 2020, (Davis) was observed battering his former girlfriend (with) whom have a child together," Coral Gables police said in a statement to ESPN.

Prior to his arrest, Davis addressed the incident during an Instagram story, saying he didn't assault his baby mama - he simply corrected her when she talked back to him and showed out in public.

"I never once hit her, yeah, I was aggressive and told her come on.. that's the mother of my child. I would never hurt her," Davis said.

Davis is undefeated as a professional boxer.

An obese woman was saved by two strangers after falling through the ice in a lake says she is being fat shame after a video of her rescue went viral.

The video was uploaded to Facebook by the Macomb County Sheriff's Office. The incident happened on Jan. 27 at 3:20 p.m. Korisa Miller lost her footing and slipped off the dock into the freezing water.

Two fisherman saw her in the water calling for help, but they struggled to lift her out of the water.

Miller took to social media to complain about the comments under the video on Facebook. She wrote that some viewers should be "ashamed" of themselves for mocking her weight.

Some Facebook users mocked her because the men couldn't lift her into the boat because she is too heavy. They also criticized her for ice fishing with no clothes on.

"I know better than to go on the ice when it is not fully frozen over I am not stupid," Miller said. "I did have clothes on. I had a hoodie and a large winter coat on. When they tried pulling me up, my hoodie and coat was choking me so they had to rip it off of me. I did not go fishing in a tank top."

Wendy Williams does not have bubble guts, Okay? The 55-year-old talk show host denied reports that she farted on live television, insisting she would have laughed out loud if she had.

A clip of The Wendy Williams Show host went viral after fans were convinced they heard the TV guru passing gas while presenting her Hot Topics segment on January 17.

On Thursday's episode, Wendy addressed the speculation, saying she did not fart on live television.

She played the footage and told her audience: "I have never farted once on this show. As a matter of fact, I barely fart, you know why? Because gas gets released several different ways and mine is belching, because all I do is talk."

Wendy also explained why she prefers leaning on her chair armrest.

"Let me tell you something right now, okay? I don't lean over like this to release a fart, I lean over like this because it's comfortable. If I sit (straight up) all the time, it's heavy on my spine... I like to release my hips and lean, you know what I'm saying?... I've been doing this for 11 years on this show!"

She also told the audience that if she had broke wind on air, she wouldn't have been able to conceal her laughter.

"I would have definitely been laughing because farts are always funny. You know a girl like me would have been laughing at that!” she giggled.

The star also made reference to the wet noise heard in the video clip, adding, "By the sound of that fart, I would have had to go change my costume! I would have left a mark in the seat. I wouldn’t even save the costume, I would have thrown it away. It'd probably be soiled beyond soiled-tivity."

Wendy Show producer Norman Baker and stagehand John Anderson explained that the sound happened while setting up for a segment with scientific author Dr. Kate Biberdorf.

"We were filling up a fish tank backstage and we didn't have the proper hose. The air was just coming out and it was sputtering like someone was farting. Okay? So that's what it was. It wasn't Wendy!" Anderson confirmed.

Everyone has something they will gladly fight you for. T.I.'s middle son, King Harris, tells Complex.com he fought in a school bathroom over something near and dear to his heart: his family pride.

A viral video shows the 15-year-old high schooler brawling with a boy in a bathroom while girls and boys looked on (maybe it was a unisex bathroom?)

The video shows King holding his own against the other boy. King walked into a hard right but he shook it off and proved he is his daddy's son.

"I can't tell you all that happened... basically... we fought," King tells Complex.com.

"This dude hit me one time, one time! It looked like he hit me a couple of times, but on God, you don't see nothing on my face. I still look light-skinned, no bruises, one bruise right here. That's all you see on me, no other bruises. Therefore, he hit me one time!"

So what was King fighting a kid over? King tells Complex the fight was over a Kodak Black Sniper Gang hoodie.

Kodak Black, who was transferred from a Miami prison to a facility in Kentucky, has beef with King's father, rapper T.I. Harris, 39. Kodak is serving 46 months in prison on weapons possession charges.

King is T.I.'s son with singer and reality TV personality Tameka "Tiny" Harris, 44.

A New Orleans judge initially declined to approve an arrest warrant for misdemeanor sexual battery against NFL star Odell Beckham Jr for butt slapping a cop.

The incident occurred during a post-game celebration in LSU's locker room after winning the national title at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in Louisiana on Monday night.

When Beckham Jr. spotted an officer bending over, he couldn't help himself. He stared intently at the cop's buttocks before delivering a hard slap on the cop's butt.

According to AL.com, the police officer told LSU players they could not smoke cigars inside the locker room. But another officer allegedly told the players it was okay to smoke in the locker room.

Nola.com reports that a judge declined to approve the warrant because it was for misdemeanor sexual battery. The judge later approved an amended warrant for simple battery.

The judge's action prompted outrage on social media among #MenToo groups.

Police officers are outraged at the double standard for a celebrity football player. One officer wrote on Facebook: "If one of us butt slapped a female reporter, we would be fired!"

On Friday's episode of Atlanta's daytime talk show Sister Circle, co-host Rashan Ali, 2nd from left, argued that Beckham was being discriminated against because he is a star wide receiver.

Her co-hosts (L-R): Egypt Sherrod, Quad Webb and Trina Braxton agreed that a man touching another man's buttocks without consent is not a crime.

Yung Joc was clowned over the weekend when he was caught on video driving for a ride-share service. Joc went viral when Uber customers recorded him picking them up.

"You sound like somebody I know," one of the passengers said. Joc explained that he was driving for "a month or so" because "it was an easy way to get some easy money right here downtown."

Many assumed this was yet another stunt by Joc to go "viral." He doesn't need the few hundred dollars.

The 36-year-old business owner is a cast member on Love & Hip-Hop, as well as a co-host on a popular radio station here in Atlanta. All of which provides him with a tidy income to support his many children.

Behind the scenes, Joc caught flack for pulling more stunts in order to "go viral" on social media.

He isn't the only one. Many washed up celebrities hire PR firms to come up with stunts that have a high probability of going viral and increasing more "engagement" on social media.

As an industry insider explained to me: "Going viral is this generation's currency."

But according to Joc, his Uber driving gig is no stunt for fleeting viral fame.

The former rapper told TMZ that he has been part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta for years, and he is leading by example.

"You show them what humility is and you're not too big to do the right thing by making an honest living," he said. "I think that's why a lot of kids - and even adults - go astray. Because they're too ashamed, they're too prideful to do something."

He said one of the perks of "going viral" was the support he received from people like OG rapper Snoop Dogg.

"The most phenomenal part of this experience from this going viral is the amount of support," he said. "I just realize that maybe people are beginning to be a little more mature."

Speaking of maturity, it will be interesting to see what stunt Joc comes up with next.

A student who fought with a substitute teacher at a Miami high school faces criminal charges. The fight was captured on cell phone video and went viral online.

The incident happened on Monday, Jan. 13, at Miami Central High School in North Miami.

The video footage shows the substitute teacher and the aggressive student brawling in a classroom as other students record the chaos on their cell phones.

The teacher, who has short hair, traded punches with the unidentified student before putting her in a headlock. The student trapped the teacher against a desk then body-slammed her to the floor.

A male student pushed the girl off the teacher and held her down while the teacher climbed atop the girl and pinned her to the floor. The video doesn't show what sparked the fight.

A Miami-Dade Public School spokesperson said the student was not supposed to be in the classroom.

"All indicators point to the student having been the aggressor," said Daisy Gonzalez-Diego, chief communications officer for MDCPS, in an emailed statement to Bradenton.com.

"This is a regrettable and isolated incident between a student and a teacher, who otherwise maintained an amicable relationship. The Miami-Dade Schools Police Department continues to investigate this unfortunate matter," Gonzalez-Diego said. "It is evident the employee used great restraint in her attempts to de-escalate the situation."

The teacher will not be disciplined.

Two men were hailed as heroes for rescuing a scantily dressed woman from a mob of men who had wicked intentions for her.

The video shows why most women in the Middle East don't tempt men by dressing conservatively in layers of clothing from head to toe.

The undated incident occurred in Mansoura, Egypt, according to Worldstarhiphop.com. The woman was dressed in a mini skirt and cropped jacket. This type of Western attire is a no-no in Muslim cultures.

The woman screamed in terror as a mob of men - who aren't used to seeing scantily dressed women - surrounded her and began to grope her. Some of the men even jumped on top of the car trying to get at her.

Two brave men pushed through the frenzied mob and led the woman to the safety of a waiting car.

A 48-year-old man who was arrested for trying to abduct a drug-addicted woman off a subway train in The Bronx is giving his side of the story.

Sonny Alloway was arrested after a viral video showed him picking up a homeless woman and dragging her off the No. 6 train at 2:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 30.

He was charged with unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor, and released.

The woman and a male friend, also homeless, were sleeping on the train to stay warm when the incident happened.

Cell phone video shows Alloway, who was seated across from them, tap the woman's leg and motion toward the door.

At the next stop, Alloway grabbed the frail woman and carried her off the train, as she yelled for help.

The woman and her friends spotted Alloway on the street the next day, and the mob delivered some street justice before the police were called.

In a new video released on New Year's Day, Alloway gives his side of the story. He claims the woman is a "crackhead" who asked him to help her get away from her pimp.

Watch the video below. The second video shows the attempted abduction. In the 3rd video, Alloway is seen professing his affection for young girls.

Don Lemon nearly had a mental breakdown on the air, after President Donald Trump retweeted a video of himself as Thanos trolling House Democrats.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced articles of impeachment against the president on Tuesday, alleging abuse of power and obstruction of justice.

In the video, Trump's face is Photoshopped on the body of Marvel Supervillain Thanos, who says, "I am inevitable".

Then a black dust cloud blows Pelosi and the other Democrats off the podium during their press conference.

The video left Don Lemon momentarily speechless and in disbelief. The CNN anchor was apparently furious that Trump took the articles of impeachment so lightly.

“Uh... what are we, in junior high school?" he stammered.

"What the hell. What is this? Like, what? WHAT?! I cannot believe that I'm even having to report this on the news!"

CNN viewers mocked the "drama queen" anchor for reporting the video as news in the first place.

"Slow news day, Don?" one Twitter user wrote.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden refuses to answer questions about an outdated racial term he used in a viral clip from a 2017 video.

The video clip shows Biden surrounded by Black women and children at a pool renaming ceremony in Wilmington, Delaware.

Biden regaled the crowd with a colorful story about the time he worked as a lifeguard at a desegregated swimming pool back in the day.

"By the way, you know, I sit on the stand, and it get[s] hot. I got a lot, I got hairy legs that turn blonde in the sun, and the kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and then watch the hair come back up again. They'd look at it. So I learned about roaches. I learned about kids jumping on my lap. And I love kids jumping on my lap."

The video clip didn't generate interest in the mainstream news media. But Black Twitter questioned what the 77-year-old Democratic candidate meant when he uttered the term "roaches" while surrounded by Black children.

Many questioned the timing of the video clip, which resurfaced online after former President Barack Obama made it clear that Biden is not his choice for the Democratic nominee.

Biden doesn't bond with voters, Obama allegedly said during a meeting with presidential hopefuls in his D.C. office earlier this year.

Famed radio host and attorney Larry Elder wondered aloud in a rhetorical tweet, "And if @realDonaldTrump referred to blacks kid as "ROACHES"? [sic].

Biden's history of insensitive racial remarks continues to plague his campaign, already hobbled by his son Hunter Biden's inconvenient comedy of errors.

During his early days in the U.S. Senate, Biden was strongly opposed to busing to desegregate schools. He warned busing would lead to a "racial jungle."

California Senator Kamala Harris, who dropped out of the 2020 presidential race last week, confronted Biden during a tense Democratic primary debate in June.

Photo by JIM WATSON/AFP via Getty Images

"I do not believe you are a racist," she said, as she criticized his praise for staunch segregationists like Senators James Eastland and Herman Talmadge.

"But it was hurtful to hear you talk [about] the reputations of two United States Senators who built their reputations and career on segregation of race in this country."

"And it was not only that, but you also worked with them to oppose busing. And you know, there was a little girl in California who was a part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bused to school every day. And that little girl was me."

Joe Biden has a sordid reputation for inappropriately touching minor children over the years. A video clip of Biden rambling on about children rubbing his hairy legs went viral on the Internet over the weekend.

In the video, Biden addresses a group of Black women and children on the campaign trail in Wilmington, N.C. He discussed the time he worked as a lifeguard at a desegregated swimming pool.

The video clip first made the rounds back in September, according to The Blaze. If the video is taken down before you get a chance to watch it, here is what he said.

"And by the way, you know I sit on the stand and it'd get hot. I got hairy legs that... turn blonde in the sun. The kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and watch the hair come back up again. They'd look at it. So I learned about roaches. I learned about kids jumping on my lap. And I love kids jumping on my lap."

Supporters say the video was taken out of context. The "roach" comment was in reference to something someone said earlier about roaches.
