A Brazilian bodybuilder has figured out an inexpensive way to build his muscles without injecting mass quantities of steroids.
Arlindo de Souza, 43, injects himself with a mixture of mineral oil and alcohol to obtain massive 29-inch biceps.
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson rescues a little girl's pet cat in this new advertisement promoting the health benefits of drinking milk. The ad copy reads: "Protein to save the day. 8 grams in every 8 oz glass. got milk?" it has just been announced that Johnson, 41, will star in a new reality TV series, in which he lends a helping hand to everyday people who are facing enormous challenges in their lives. Johnson recently faced a challenge of his own when he went under the knife to repair a hernia he suffered from lifting heavy weights. Most weight lifters who suffer a similar injury often resort to taking steroids to bulk up. Image is everything to them.

A friend of mine married young at 22 and divorced at 27. It seems like since he announced his new freedom women are fighting over him like cats and dogs. He seems to be "falling" for any woman who gives him goggly eyes.

It's difficult for a macho man like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to admit that he suffered a hernia tear from lifting weights. So he's floating the story that he suffered 3 hernias from wrestling. The 40-year-old former wrestler-turned-action hero actor underwent emergency hernia surgery earlier this week.
Johnson tweeted the above photo of himself wearing a Superman t-shirt in the recovery room after the surgery. His left arm looks strangely distorted, as if an IV tube may have been Photoshopped out of the picture. Image is everything to these guys.
