Shad Moss aka Bow Wow, turned 21 last week. The pint size alcoholic threw several birthday bashes around the country to celebrate the milestone. In the above photo, he served shots of patron to the kids at Club Love in Washington DC. Bow Wow, who was a lush way before his 21st birthday, can now stumble around drunk legally! (Source)
