    These is babies. :shrug: Anything that exfoliates the skin.. lotions, scar creams etc will do it. Not in a week but in a few months absolutely. ANythign from sand sores (im from florida stfu!) to mosqiuto bites to excezma. If you can get the kid to not scratch (benadryl or the like) you half way there bc its the scarring thats the lasting thing. Plus sunscreen if they gonna be outside. Cause sun just makes em darker.

    Both my mama and deddy got skin like that. My mum is a golden brown (think freshly baked nestle toll house chocolate chip cookie brown) and my deddy is a reddish, golden color due to his ancestry. Like he doesn't get darker, he gets red.

    I of course just had to get the acne, both adolescent and adult. :smack:

    Thank goodness it goes almost as quickly as it comes. I am a light bright.

    @User, this why I asked. I know your son’s skin is very sensitive too. I keep trying different stuff with her and it makes it worse. I haven’t tried Vitamin E oil though. I just got some coconut oil that I am going to try. I got a cabinet full of stuff that she cannot use

    We used to be like that too. Whipfinity & body butter from the body shop works. Dermasil in the summer. Grandpas pine tar soap <---this thang right here is MAGIC!

    & plenty of water! Gets better with age too (usually).

    I didn't try the dermasil. I just gave up and stuck with the aquaphor and dove soap. I do an off brand for aquaphor in the summer time because ot's lighter and her skin won't soak it up as fast. I may try dermasil. Now that body butter..I don't know. I got her some lip gloss one time from there...my poor baby face was all broken out around her mouth...she too sensitive. She loves water too...but I'll make sure she drinks more. I wanna try Fay's Whipfinity, but it has shea in it.

    I Pray it does. She got skin like my BIL. When he was younger he couldn't go outside sometimes because of his medicine. He called me couple months ago to find out what I was using for her because he needed it. Imma :pray: hers get better though. I hate her prescription cream too

    Dermasil isnt great great but for the hot months its a good stand in. I only let him put it on at nite cuz he would be like OTB bout to be----cooked well done! Burnt up!

    Is your daughter active? The more they play/sweat the better. Filters out whatever ails. Try swimming or bleach baths cuz of chlorine. It will get better with time, it always does :hug:
