    @Taken downstairs ya'll were talking about overweight vegetarians or vegans. Yes, this is possible if they still eat fries, sweets...etc.
    However, I have never met a fat RAW person. Also, if they have been raw for a while their skin looks amazing. RAW is the most restrictive diet possible. Raw = the epitome of clean eating.
    I'm slowly working myself back into a RAW lifestyle. I stopped eating meat when I was 18 years old...but if I want to lose (winter) weight or maintain my ideal healthy weight...I have to do it with a much cleaner diet and stop being lazy.
