Kim Kardashian Flaunts Baby Bump in Fitted White Mini Dress

Socialite Kim Kardashian showed off her growing baby bump amidst rumors that she is wearing a prosthetic baby bump that changes shape daily. The blogs are clearly confusing Kim with that other attention whore, Beyonce, who is walking around Manhattan pretending to be pregnant.

Beyonce is not pregnant

Word is that Beyonce is desperate for a brother or sister for little Blue Ivy, but she is forced to wait until her surrogate's uterus comes available early next year. Her surrogate has been booked solid since word got out that she carried Blue Ivy to term. In the meantime, Beyonce is faking it to keep you talking.

Kim was seen wearing all white as she arrived at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Hopefully she is realizing that those crazy sandals with the high heels makes swelling worse!. Having preclampsia is no joke. I had it super bad with my twins. My feet grew a whole foot size because they were SWOLLEN so bad.

    OMIGAH. It is the worse thing ever. I was 19 when I first had it and didn't really understand it. And then I got preggo with Twins and had it and it was 3 times worse then my first pregnancy. I had edema on my stomach, on my feet and hands. It was a miserable time in my life. I didn't realize how seriously deadly it was until I read up on it last year after watching this movie where this lady nearly died. I almost died on the table while doing the cSection. My Blood Pressure was 190/110. Lawd.. What us ladies go through...... We are STRONG and bare a lot....

    My friend had it so bad the doctor told her not to have no more kids. She stayed going back and forth to the hospital.
    My step mom had it bad too. She went in for a routine check up, doctor took her blood pressure and they immediately rushed her to surgery to have my sister. Said she was on the verge of dying. That shyt ain't nothing to play with.

Sounds like what happened with me with my twins. My MOM was pissed they were dragging their feet but they knew I was in major danger. I was told the same thing, Do not plan on having any more kids.. And I didn't. I did get preggo again about 10 years later but because I was sooooo high risk.. I was in very high danger so early on that they were sure I would die so I was scared... Ended up miscarrying because I was stressed trying to make a decision on what to do.
