Lindsey Vonn has issued a legal threat to a p0rn website that hacked her cell phone and leaked nude photos of her and ex-fiance Tiger Woods. The Olympic gold medalist, 32, and Woods, 41, had exchanged sexually explicit cell phone photos when the two dated from 2012 to 2015.
“It is an outrageous and despicable invasion of privacy for anyone to steal and illegally publish private intimate photos,” Vonn’s spokesman says in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.
22 images on the website shows Woods and Lindsey posing in various stages of undress from fully clothed to full frontal nudity.

Woods unleashed his lawyers on Monday, who demanded the immediate removal of the embarrassing photos. The images turned up on numerous foreign websites this week.
Vonn, who is dating former LA Rams assistant coach Kenan Smith (pictured), issued her own statement promising legal action if the photos weren't removed.
“Lindsey will take all necessary and appropriate legal action to protect and enforce her rights and interests. She believes the individuals responsible for hacking her private photos as well as the websites that encourage this detestable conduct should be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law.”
