Social media users dragged Stephen Curry after the NBA star snubbed a 10-year-old boy who only wanted an autograph.
Curry's wife, Ayesha, was forced to defend her arrogant husband after a Twitter.com user uploaded a video of the boy pleading with Curry for an autograph.
"yo… Steph Curry ain't shit," tweeted a user named @bjeffthegod in the video caption.
A disgusted Ayesha tweeted:
"So tired of seeing this. He was looking for a family member in a crowd of 100 people which you can’t see on the other side of the camera…. He would never purposefully ignore a squirrel let alone a precious little boy. Demeaning someone to get your followers up much."
Don't you hate liars? Just tell the truth. The fans will understand that Steph cares more about money than them.
The truth is Curry doesn't give free autographs because he recently signed an exclusive autograph deal with Steiner Sports worth millions.
According to Steiner Sports' website a hand-signed 16-by-20 Curry photograph is $300, autographed basketballs start at $480, signed jerseys start at $700 with MVP and Championship Edition jerseys going for $900.
Maybe the 10-year-old boy should have waved hundred dollar bills at Curry?.
