Jay-Z and his artist Megan Thee Stallion were seen outside Roc Nation’s headquarters in New York City on Monday. Jay-Z signed autographs for fans who waited outside the record label. Allegedly, Jay-Z held a tense meeting with Megan and label execs to discuss lawsuits filed against Megan by disgruntled ex-workers.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by stylist Eric Archibald and his firm Six K, Archibald claims Megan owes him over $1.2 million in unpaid wardrobe services.

Archibald and Six K say they submitted invoices to Megan’s company for services rendered from Jan. 25, 2025, to Jan. 8, 2026. The complaint states the invoices, totaling $1,243,501.98, went unpaid.
Megan claims the lawsuit is “fraudulent” and she won’t pay up.
“My finance team conducted a comprehensive audit of Eric Archibald’s wardrobe expenses and uncovered fraudulent invoices, unsupported charges, and styling shipments tied to addresses that could not be verified,” Megan said in a statement. “Those findings raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of expenses that we repeatedly tried to resolve privately with Eric’s team. Rather than address the issues from the audit, Eric and his team chose to file a lawsuit. The facts are on our side, and I won’t be coerced into paying charges that can’t be substantiated.”
Additionally, in 2025 a federal judge ruled that cameraman Emilio Garcia’s lawsuit can proceed against the Grammy Award-winning rapper, whose real name is Megan Pete. Garcia, filed a workplace harassment and discrimination suit against Megan and Roc Nation.
In the lawsuit filed on April 22, 2024, Garcia claims Megan created a hostile work environment. He said he was trapped in a vehicle while the rapper had sex with another woman during a 2022 Ibiza business trip.
Garcia alleged that he was trapped by the two women and couldn’t get out of the vehicle. The next day, Garcia claims Megan warned him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.”
Garcia said Megan fat-shamed him, called him a “Fat B***h,” and told him, “You don’t need to be eating.”
Garcia also accused Megan of underpaying him for his photography services. He said Megan became possessive when he confided in a makeup artist that he intended to quit.
