The Hart County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia released Alicia Brown’s mugshot following her arrest on a kidnapping warrant out of Maryland.
Alicia Brown, 37, was taken into custody on Monday, July 6, by deputies who made a felony traffic stop on Interstate 85 near the Georgia-South Carolina border.
“On July 6, 2026, at approximately 8:46 p.m., the Hart County Sheriff’s Office received a BOLO [Be On the Lookout] regarding a vehicle traveling north on Interstate 85,” the sheriff’s office said in a press release. “The driver was believed to be wanted on outstanding kidnapping-related warrants out of Maryland.”
Two children were in the vehicle when deputies pulled her over. One of the children is Alicia’s son with former V-103 morning show host Darian Morgan, aka Big Tigger.
The warrant stems from the 2019 disappearance of Alicia’s then 10-year-old daughter, Ailea Brown. Ailea is still missing. However, her father, Durrell Williams, told the Nina Brown and Joe Clair Afternoon Show that she is alive and well.
Alicia faces charges of felony interference with child custody, and officials say she will be extradited to Maryland.
Alicia is also wanted by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in Atlanta on “felony charges of Interference with Child Custody.”
Sources say Big Tigger may have provided law enforcement with the make and model of the vehicle she was driving while fleeing north.
In 2019, Alicia filed a missing child report for her daughter, Ailea, who she claims was abducted in Baltimore County.
Alicia was involved in a custody dispute with Durrell Williams. The Baltimore County Police Department reported that the abduction happened on May 25, 2019 in Reisterstown, Maryland.
A white SUV was seen in the area at the time of the alleged kidnapping.
On June 3, 2019, police cancelled the missing child bulletin, saying there was no reason to believe Ailea was kidnapped.
According to AFRO.com, police believed Ailea was with her mother.
In 2014, Alicia was arrested after leaving Ailea in a car alone for 8 hours while she gambled inside a casino. Durrell filed for full custody of Ailea. A court determined that Alicia was an unfit mother and granted full custody of Ailea to her father.

“I didn’t get into court until she was 7. It took almost a year and a half of court proceedings for me to walk away with full custody,” he said.
“By the very end of it, [Ailea] mysteriously vanishes. She was ordered to be returned to my home.”
