Anthony Edwards won a significant victory in a Georgia family court. A Georgia judge ordered the Timberwolves star to pay just $3,222 a month in child support for his 1-year-old daughter, Aubri, with Instagram model Ayesha Howard, TMZ reports.

Anthony filed a paternity suit in Georgia, where the child was conceived. But Ayesha filed a child support case in California, where she lives.

In March 2025, Ayesha’s attorney argued that his client urgently needed financial assistance because she’s broke and unemployed.

Ayesha, who also has a 10-year-old son by rapper Lil Baby, asked a judge to award her a $500,000 one-time lump payment in addition to $55,000 annually for life.

But the judge examined Ayesha’s finances and determined she’s not living in poverty.

The judge noted Ayesha, 41, did not appear in court and provided no evidence to back up her claims that she’s broke.

According to court documents, Anthony was paying Ayesha $5,000 a month child support since January 2025.

He also gave her a lump payment of $20,000, plus the $5,000 a month. But the judge put a stop to Ayesha running Anthony’s pockets.

The judge determined that Anthony has already paid Ayesha a total of $110,000 so far.

Anthony originally requested to pay Ayesha a lump sum of $1 million in child support for 18 years. He said he didn’t want visitation rights with Aubri, who was born in October 2024.

Judges in Georgia usually award an average of $2,200 a month child support regardless of the father’s net worth.
