Popular food influencer Nara Aziza Smith revealed her 2-year-old daughter, Whimsy-Lou, has metastatic cancer.

In a video, the model and mother-of-four said Whimsy-Lou was diagnosed late last year. Nara and her husband Lucky Blue Smith spotted “something suspicious” and took Whimsy-Lou to a doctor.

Tests confirmed the toddler had metastatic cancer that spread to other parts of her body.

“After a lot of X-rays, ultrasounds and a biopsy they immediately called us and said she had cancer,” Nara said in a video that was viewed over 25 million times.

“They told us it had spread and that she needs to come and start chemo treatment immediately.”

The African-German model, based in the U.S., is best known for her food videos in which she prepares healthy meals from scratch.

Nara and fellow model Lucky Blue Smith met at Milan Fashion Week in 2019. They were married in February 2020. They share three daughters and a son. She is also stepmother to Lucky’s daughter from a prior relationship.

Nara previously revealed her struggles with eczema and lupus. She blamed her eczema flareups on her diet. She attributed her eczema improvement to cooking healthy food from scratch.
