Jennifer Lopez has finally found a buyer for the luxury Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck. J-Lo and Affleck originally purchased the house for $60.9 million in 2023.
The couple filed for divorce in 2024, and Jennifer listed the home for $68 million the same year.
The house spent 2 years on the market before J-Lo slashed the price to $50 million, according to theRoot.com.
Lopez’s broker, Branden Williams, recently told The New York Post that J-Lo found a buyer and the property is in escrow. Williams didn’t identify the buyer, but he dropped hints, saying, he’s “in tech and finance” and “everybody knows his name.”
Back in May, the empty-nester finally moved into “her very own Barbie Dreamhouse,” an $18 million mansion she bought in early 2025.
According to the Daily Mail, she’s “thrilled” about completing renovations on the property. Her twins are off to college and she’s alone in the 8,600-square-foot estate that’s fit for a queen.
“It is girly and fun with pink and white colors, very feminine and yummy,” a friend told the Daily Mail. “She is over the moon about it and really living out her ‘happy phase’ with no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. She is free.”
The house is in the same Hidden Hills community where Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian live. Jennifer was drawn to the New England-style manse because it resembles a house she owns on the East Coast.
“She also loves that the home reminds her of her Hamptons property, which she is very happy with and where she has had so many great family moments,” the source said.
