Larsa Pippen is unrecognizable in a new Instagram Stories photo that shows her wearing a minidress with open-toe pumps. She poses on a balcony overlooking a coastal view and a gorgeous sunset.
The mom-of-4 posted the image on her Instagram page on Thursday. She captioned the photo with a blue heart emoji, according to Page Six.
“The Real Housewives of Miami” star, 52, is the ex-wife of Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen, 60.
Larsa’s Instagram followers inquired about the woman in the photo. One person wrote: “Has anyone seen Larsa? Who is this?”
Another person wrote: “Joined the Witness Protection Program I see. Girl which face are we on now?”
A third person asked, “Why does she look so good here but nothing like this on the show.”

Larsa recently addressed questions about her swollen face in an Instagram post. She said she suffered an allergic reaction.
“I just shot my [RHOM] reunion a couple of days ago, so you’ll see what I look like at my reunion,” she said in a video posted on her Instagram Stories. “I did have PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma).”
“I did have an allergic reaction to the PRP, which I didn’t even know you can have, so my face is a bit swollen, but it doesn’t look like that, so keep on hating guys,” she added.
