Christopher Blake Griffith, the stylist who accused NFL free agent Stefon Diggs of sexual assault, has settled his $10 million lawsuit with Stefon’s brother.
According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Chris agreed to drop his $10 million suit against Darez Diggs after an elevator beatdown in 2023.
Chris also settled with the Los Angeles apartment complex where the beating occurred. No details of the settlements were disclosed.
Chris said the three men attacked him because he turned down Stefon’s advances.
On May 29, 2023, Chris was attacked and robbed by Darez and 2 friends. Surveillance video shows Darez waiting for Chris to get off an elevator.
Chris retreated back inside the elevator, but Darez stopped the door from closing. Darez then summoned his 2 friends who dragged Chris off the elevator and into the hallway.
The video, which has no sound, shows one of the attackers steal Chris’s man purse and snatch his gold chain. Chris said the thugs robbed him of $100,000.
Darez walked out of the video frame, presumably to speak to someone down a hallway. Darez kept his hands clean during the assault.

In a pending sex assault lawsuit against Stefon, Chris claims he was hanging out with the ex-Patriots star at his home when he was drugged. He says Stefon exposed his genitals and began pleasuring himself.
Chris claims Stefon motioned to Christopher to touch his genitals, but Chris told the NFL star to put it away. He claims Stefon tried to kiss him later, but he resisted his advances.
Darez was arrested, convicted of assault and robbery, and received a sentence of 2 years probation.
