Christopher Blake Griffith, the man who accused NFL free agent Stefon Diggs of sexual assault, has submitted over 100 text messages and communications to the court.
In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Christopher claims he submitted over 100 pages of communications – including texts on iMessage and Instagram – between himself and Stefon.
Stefon previously claimed Christopher had failed to turn over Instagram messages. But Christopher said Stefon has those messages himself.
Stefon claims Christopher blocked him on Instagram and he can’t see their old messages anymore. So he asked the judge to order Christopher to hand them over. Christopher complied and submitted the messages to the judge.
The celebrity stylist previously asked the judge to force Stefon to hand over his financial records. Christopher wants evidence to dispute Stefon’s claim that his allegations caused Stefon financial harm.
Stefon filed a defamation lawsuit last November after Christopher sat down with YouTube vlogger Tasha K for an interview.
In the interview, Christopher accused Stefon of drugging him and pleasuring himself in front of him. Christopher also claimed that the former Patriots star tried to “unalive” him for turning down his advances.
Stefon is reportedly gender fluid and bisexual. He fathered at least 8 children with multiple women.
The Patriots waived Stefon following the team’s Super Bowl loss in February. Part of the reason for letting him go was his personal baggage off the field.
