San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York texted an undercover cop three times before his arrest on prostitution charges.

York was arrested Sunday, August 23, in East Palestine, Ohio, after allegedly arranging to pay $160 for sex at a trailer park. He pled no contest to one count of disorderly conduct and one count of possessing criminal tools.

York used an alias while texting a woman he believed was a prostitute to set up a rendezvous, according to a police incident report.

York was caught in a sting operation when he responded to a fake ad on a known prostitution site, police say.

TMZ reports York filed for divorce months before his arrest on suspicion of engaging in prostitution.

Court documents, obtained by TMZ, show York and his estranged wife, Danielle, agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their two children, ages 13 and 10.

York, who is from Ohio, was arrested near his parents’ house, where he moved after separating from his wife.

Star linebacker Fred Warner showed support for York in an interview with The California Post.

“I mean, we’re all aware, right? I think we all have social media, so we see things. But at the same time, you know, I got a lot of love, a lot of respect for Jed, and don’t feel the need to comment on the situation,” Warner said.
