Last week, prominent Democrat, radio host, DJ and retired rapper Frank Ski issued a scathing rebuke of House minority leader Hakeem Jeffries during an episode of “Frankly Speaking.”
Frank Ski, who hosts the nationally syndicated “Frank Ski Show,” ripped Jeffries for sitting down with President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner recently.
In videos shared on his social media spaces, the irate radio host questioned why a Democratic leader sat down with a man who is not elected to office and who travels the world making the Trump family richer.
Ski captioned his posts: “I’m Frank Ski and I’m just Frankly Speaking. I’m not only mad that Hakeem Jeffries met with Jared Kushner, I’m mad that Democrats keep asking us to trust private meetings, vague explanations and promises of “accountability”, when we’ve already watched Donald Trump escape accountability and return to the White House even more powerful.”
He continued:
“Jeffries says the meeting was about the affordability crisis. Fine. But why Jared Kushner? Why behind closed doors? And why should voters believe this time will be different? At some point, people don’t leave a party because they stopped caring. They leave because they stopped believing.
Am I wrong for being upset? Or is this exactly why so many voters are losing faith in Democratic leadership?
I’m Frank Ski, and I’m just Frankly Speaking.”
