A rep for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ, “Sidney identified as someone who engages in a particular lifestyle” during the jail intake interview.

The jailer said Sidney’s felony charges have nothing to do with the housing assignment. There are no restrictions placed on their movements or activities within the special unit.

TMZ notes that child predators are usually placed in protective status while in jail.

The Sheriff’s rep tells TMZ that Sidney is housed in a dormitory where they have access to 3 meals a day, recreation, phone privileges and showers.

Sidney denied assaulting the child in a statement to TMZ.

In the statement, Sidney “unequivocally denies the allegations” and intends to vigorously fight the charges.
