In August, Brown sued Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat for showing favoritism to Big Tigger.
Brown was arrested in July by the Hart County Sheriff’s Office during a traffic stop on Interstate 85, a few miles from the Georgia/South Carolina border. Her two minor children were with her in the car.
She was charged on an outstanding kidnapping warrant related to her missing teenage daughter in Maryland.
Investigators in Maryland continue to list her daughter, 17-year-old Ailea Brown, as a missing child.

Leaked cell phone footage shows Big Tigger in a battle with Brown over possession of his cell phone.
Brown had accused Tigger of cheating on her with V-103 co-host Francesca Amiker, 36.
Brown and Tigger share a toddler son. She also has children from previous relationships.
