Kim Zolciak’s son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., 15, is officially charged with 7 counts of sexual assault on a 15-year-old girl.

A Georgia grand jury indicted KJ on seven total counts stemming from an incident at a fitness facility on April 23, when KJ was 14.

The girl told police she and KJ met at the gym and entered a family changing area. She said he forcibly assaulted her without her consent.

Security footage didn’t capture the encounter in the family changing area, but the two kids are seen entering the room and later spotted leaving the area separately.

According to court documents, obtained by Page Six, KJ allegedly committed “an immoral and indecent act” that caused a physical injury to the girl. He also allegedly sodomized the victim.

The victim underwent a rape kit examination at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. KJ’s attorney, Jason Sheffield said no male DNA was found during the examination.

In a motion filed this week, KJ begged a judge to release him from jail.

“He is a high school student in good standing who has demonstrated strong academic achievement and regularly participates in extracurricular and community-based activities,” lawyer Sheffield said.

Zolciak denied the allegations against her son. The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star called the allegations “nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling.” She said KJ voluntarily took and passed a polygraph examination.

KJ is being held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center until his preliminary hearing on September 8.
