New Miami Heat center Giannis Antetokounmpo dropped a whopping $13.5 million on a 12,000-square-foot mansion in Pinecrest, Florida. The neighborhood is home to several Miami Heat stars.
The Heat acquired Giannis in a blockbuster trade with the Milwaukee Bucks that included Bobby Portis traded to the Heat, while Heat players Tyler Herro, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kel’el Ware, and Kasparas Jakucionis all joined the Bucks.
Giannis wull earn $58.5 million in 2026 and $62.7 million in 2027.
According to property records, the Greek NBA star’s company paid $13.5 million for the mansion in Pinecrest. The company is connected to his New York lawyers, who share the names of his other businesses.
The house was built recently and sits on slightly more than an acre of land, according to Fadeawayworld.net.
According to The Real Deal, the property boasts eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a media room, pool with Jacuzzi and guest house.
According to reports, Giannis’ company has paid over $69 million for multifamily investment properties in Wisconsin, Brooklyn, and Chicago in 2026.
Last year, Giannis’ wife Mariah, a native of California, moved permanently with her and Giannis’ four children to Athens, Greece, where he grew up.
Mariah and the children moved into a custom-built penthouse in a new, high-security apartment complex that is also home to the NBA superstar’s brothers and widowed mother.
The futuristic apartment complex is in a well-guarded “diplomatic row” neighborhood. After months of discussions with his family, Mariah decided to leave America permanently and move to Greece with the children.
Giannis visits his family in Greece during the NBA offseason. Mariah and the kids will travel to Miami for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
