Wealthy Influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo died on March 6 following a penile enlargement procedure during a luxury vacation with his wife in Thailand.
TMZ reports the 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman had 40ccs (nearly 3 tablespoons) of hyaluronic acid injected into his genitals at an unnamed Thai clinic in March, according to an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court.
Hyaluronic acid is a hydrating moisturizer that’s sometimes used for penile enlargements. Filler injections can cost from several thousand to $9,000 and usually last between six and 9 months.
A coroner’s report stated the cosmetic procedure caused a fatal embolism that traveled to his lungs.

Igho and his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, were staying at a Marriott hotel in Bangkok. After the procedure, the couple went for a massage, where Igho complained of chest pain and lost consciousness twice.
He was transported to a local hospital where he was unable to answer questions. His wife told the doctor about the injections, but Igho lost consciousness before a recommended CT scan could be performed.
Doctors determined he suffered a fatal pulmonary embolism – a blood clot in his lungs that blocked blood flow to a major pulmonary artery.
British urologists have warned about the risks associated with hyaluronic acid injections into genitals because of the close proximity to blood vessels.
Igho and Danielle were known for their extravagant lifestyle. They owned a $1.1 million home in Los Angeles’ Crenshaw neighborhood and a $600,000 apartment in London. Danielle, a fashion designer and Instagram model, married Igho in a lavish $473,000 ceremony in Zimbabwe in 2022, TMZ reports.
Igho was buried in a gold coffin in London, according to reports.
