Halle Berry’s ex-husband Olivier Martinez filed for a temporary restraining order alleging child abuse.
Martinez, 60, alleges Halle attacked their 12-year-old son, Maceo, by jumping on him and choking him last Saturday, according to TMZ.
The concerned dad claims Maceo called him on Saturday and told him his alcoholic mother choked him and there have been previous attacks.
That same day, Olivier says Halle called him and threatened to deport their son to France, where Olivier lives.
The restraining order mentions Halle’s fiancé Van Hunt was at home at the time of the incident.

Maceo was played a video game with VR goggles in his bedroom when Halle, who was allegedly drunk, entered the room in a rage.
Halle, 60, allegedly said he looked “so stupid” and is such “an idiot” for playing the game. The situation escalated when Maceo talked back to his mother and she allegedly jumped him.
Olivier claims she choked Maceo and yelled, “Who is dominant now?”

Olivier says Halle texted him the next day, saying, “I feel terrible about what happened last night as I know he does as well.”
The restraining order states Halle must not drink or be under the influence of alcohol or other substances in the presence of their son.
Olivier requested sole custody of their son, and Halle was ordered to undergo sobriety testing before, during, and after visitation with Maceo.
