Singer Ciara shocked her fans by showing off her dramatic post-baby weight loss.
Cici posted a photo of her new bod on her Instagram page, saying she lost 39 pounds she gained during her last pregnancy.
Ciara ate a meager diet and used an app to help count her calories after she gave birth to son Win Wilson in July 2020.

However, Cici's fans say she may have overdone it because she is bone thin.
The "Level Up" singer partnered with officials at WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, last September to help her drop the baby weight.
She updated her fans on her weight loss journey via Instagram on Tuesday June 15:
"Goodbye to those last 10lbs I've been working on these past 5 weeks, Hello to me-pre baby weight! I'm so proud of myself– down 39 pounds on my @ww journey! The @ww app really made the process easy and fun! Thank you to everyone for your support, we did it! If you believe in yourself and set goals, it's all possible! Go for it! Go get it!"

Although Ciara is back to her high school figure, she plans to keep using the WW program for the foreseeable future.
"I am so excited to continue the journey with WW, focusing on my overall wellness and maintaining this strong body that gave me three beautiful babies without having to restrict myself."

Baby Win is Ciara's second child with her husband, NFL quarterback Russell Wilson.
They also share daughter Sienna, four, and seven-year-old Future, who is Ciara's child with her ex-fiance, rapper Future Hendrix.
Lizzo denied posting "thirst traps" on Instagram for 'likes' and follows. "They're not thirst traps," she said when BACKGRID caught up with her.
The "Good As Hell" singer was insulted when the photog asked if anyone was sliding into her DMs (direct messages) on Instagram.
"My DMs are full," she insisted. "They're very occupied. But they're not thirst traps. I just look good!"
"If you see me in these streets... I'm just trying to stunt on these ho*s," she laughed.
Lizzo was spotted after dining at Crossroads Kitchen restaurant in Los Angeles, on Monday night.
She wore an oversized pink and white striped dress that accentuated her curves. And, yes, she looked good! She's definitely losing weight.
Keep doing what you're doing, Lizzo!

Lizzo responded to the public backlash after she shared her juice detox cleansing "diet" with her social media followers.
The 32-year-old pop star, who was slammed by fat feminists as "fatphobic", insists her detox cleansing diet isn't "for a dramatic weight loss".
Addressing her fans, Lizzo said:
"Your body is perfectly yours, even if it ain't perfect to anybody else. If you only knew the complexities your body possesses you would be so proud of it.
"I'm so proud of you. For making it this far in a society that gives us a head start into self-loathing, that hands us a dysmorphic mirror and leaves us desperate to catch up with who we think we should be."
In one Instagram post, she shared a photo of herself, nearly naked, standing on a balcony.
Lizzo, who was previously happy with her morbid obesity, said:
"I've spent so much time in this body and I am no different than you — still struggling to find balance, still trying to mend my relationship with food, my anxiety, my back fat. It gets easier. I've spent my hardest days trying to love me."
In another post, the "Truth Hurts" hitmaker wrote: "I detoxed my body and I'm still fat. I love my body and I'm still fat. I'm beautiful and I'm still fat. These things are not mutually exclusive."
Lizzo addressed the criticism over her detox diet:
"To the people who look to me, please do not starve yourselves. I did not starve myself. I fed myself greens and water and fruit and protein and sunlight. You don't have to do that to be beautiful or healthy. That was my way. You can do life your way. Remember, despite anything anyone says or does DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH YOUR BODY."

You can't please everyone. So-called "fat feminists" are furious with singer Lizzo after she embarked on her weight loss journey without seeking their permission.
Full-figured women who are happy in their bodies took to social media to rebuke the 32-year-old pop star after she confessed to hating her body and despising how she looked in a mirror.
In a TikTok video Lizzo said, "I came home, and I took my clothes off to take a shower, and I just started having all of these really negative thoughts about myself. Like, you know, 'What's wrong with me?'... 'Why am I so disgusting?' and hating my body."
Fat feminists on Twitter called Lizzo out and accused her of being "fatphobic."
One Twitter user wrote:
"The problem here now, is that fatphobics and horrible people will now use Lizzo's weight loss as a tool to further shame and abuse fat women who are happy in their bodies."
In a now-deleted tweet, user Leah wrote:
"my heart hurts with all my fat peers today. even though she won't say it and will probably try to excuse it, I'm sorry that @lizzo did that to us. we are worthy and what she posted was so f***ed. if you are triggered and upset by it I and right there with you."
Leah, who is Caucasian, apologized after Black Twitter descended on her timeline and attacked her -- as if morbid obesity is a Black thing.
One Black Twitter user wrote: "stay out of black folks business."
Another user wrote: "girl remove that blm photo from ur header and while ur at it stay [out] of blk folk business. foreva!!"
A third user tweeted:
"STAY OUT OF BLACK FOLKS BUSINESS IN GENERAL. Youre not an ally, youre a undercover enemy. Selfish, controlling, only care about BW when they're fat or fir your agenda I guess. Youre just like these Republican WM and its people just like you that gives libs a bad rep."
Leah responded to the criticism:
"The biggest thing is that I am genuinely sorry, and I had no idea just how much I was feeding into the racism of Black women being so highly scrutinized and held to such high standards. I should’ve, I can, and I will do better."

"The results are in!" said Gayle King who celebrated losing 7 pounds on the eve of the U.S. presidential elections.
King told her Instagram followers she was worried about her quarantine weight gain. The 65-year-old "CBS This Morning" host shared a photo that showed her tipping the bathroom scale at 172 lbs.
"Ideal weight [doctor] says is 163... not happening anytime soon. Blaming corona quarantine and Halloween candy corns I just bought! Make it stop!"
A week and a half later, King showed her weight was down to 165 lbs. "Update! Just completed 5-day soup fast and the results are in!" she wrote on Instagram Tuesday.
"Trying to get into mustard yellow dress for Elex night coverage TONITE... praying to sweet black baby Jesus it now fits, that you VOTE and that there is PEACE."
King's fans encouraged her on her weight loss journey. But King had a message for trolls who had something to say about her feet:
"ps plz withhold all negative comments about my jacked up feet I'm well aware they are a hot mess but not yet comfortable in a covid environment going to nail salon... bigger issues to worry about."
Ciara is still struggling to lose the last 48 pounds she gained prior to delivering her third child.
The 34-year-old singer gave birth to son Win Wilson - her second child with husband Russell Wilson - on July, 23, but she is having a hard time losing the baby weight. And now she's getting help from diet experts.
The semi-retired singer joined stars like Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Hudson, and Jessica Simpson as a celebrity Weight Watchers ambassador.
Ciara's busy schedule and her three adorable children leave her with little time for exercising and achieving her weight goals.
The talented photographer snapped this photo of her brood - infant son Win, son Future Zahir, and daughter Sierra.
"Life couldn't be any more hectic than it's ever been," she tells People magazine. "My son (Future Zahir) is in Zoom classes, and we're creating an easy plan for my daughter (Sienna) as well with her education."
Ciara admits she's up for the challenge of shedding those extra pounds with Weight Watchers: "It gives me something to look forward to and makes it fun," she explains. "I tried all kinds of things, sun up to sun down, and yes some of those things have worked, but they haven't been realistic for the long term at all."
She continued: "What I really love about this is I'm having fun while also learning how to develop really good eating habits. One of the ultimate goals is to have a good wellness lifestyle that's going to carry me through life."
The "Goodies" hitmaker says her ideal goal is to slip into a size 1 gown once again.

"I've lost to date 68 pounds since giving birth to my daughter. I'm very proud that I did it my way and in my time. I didn't feel rushed to snap back," Mowry explained in a post on Instagram. "I enjoyed breast feeding and spending quality time with #cairo and my son #cree."
The former 'Sister, Sister' actress posted a mirror selfie that showed off her toned legs in denim short shorts. In the caption, she gave fellow moms some good advice, telling them to avoid the snap back trap.
"To all the women who are feeling pressured after birth. Do YOU! Do what makes YOU proud and do it in YOUR time. Not anyone else's," she wrote.
Mowry and husband Cory Hardrict also share son Cree.
Lizzo shared a sun splashed Instagram Selfie that shows the singer posing at a pool party surrounded by her girlfriends.
She explained why no one wore a face mask, and she urged her followers to get tested for Covid-19.
"Just a group of melanated girls soaking up the sun. No rhyme or reason. (We all took the responsibility to get covid tests and luckily we're all negative. Please be safe and wear your masks. Go to https://www.hhs.gov/coronavirus/community-based-testing-sites/index.html to find covid tests near you)."
The 32-year-old "Truth Hurts" singer showed off her recent weight loss in a video of her twerking skills in the pool. The video won't be linked here because Sandrarose.com is a family-friendly blog.

Stephen Curry's wife, Ayesha Curry trended on Twitter.com over the weekend when she unveiled her newly reconstructed face and body in pictures on Instagram.com.
The mother-of-3 was heavily criticized for posing in a bikini in photos taken by her NBA superstar husband.
Sporting News took issue with Ayesha's sudden change in attitude.
Followers called her a hypocrite for "slut-shaming" women who wear skimpy clothes for the 'Gram.
"Everyone's into barely wearing clothes these days huh? Not my style. I like keep the good stuff covered up for the one who matters."
Fans accused Ayesha, 31, of trying to achieve the surgically altered Kardashian look.
After the backlash to her bikini photos, Ayesha took to Instagram to defend her new look in a video.
She told her followers she's "down 35 pounds" and "very happy to be me."
"I spent my entire 20s having babies, nursing Babies. Now it's my turn to nurse myself. I'm Jamaican, I'm strong, I'm fast and I'm resilient... Negativity only makes a mom go harder. Word to the wise."
