One thing I've learned from experience as a nurse and working with drug addicts is they are extremely unpredictable and untrustworthy. These people are major manipulators and tend to fabricate lies for attention. You can't believe a word that comes out of their mouths.

Which is why I ignore celebs (Whitney) who claim to have kicked their drug habits. Once a druggie, always a druggie.

When I heard about the Mackenzie Phillips rape/incest interview with Oprah (who believes every crazy thing these celebs tell her), I knew Mackenzie was making the whole thing up.

According to her stepmother, Michelle Williams, who was married to Mackenzie's dad -- the one Mac claims raped her when she was 19 -- Mackenzie has a history of lying and manipulative behavior to get what she wants (drugs). I also wondered if there was a book deal or movie deal in the works. Sure enough, Mackenzie has a book coming out just in time to keep fueling her drug habit.

Showbiz411's Roger Friedman also suspected Mackenzie was lying and reached out to Michelle Phillips who confirmed Mackenzie is lying to sell copies of her book.

“She told me, then she called me back and said, ‘You know I’m joking.' I said it wasn’t funny. Mackenzie said, ‘I guess we have different senses of humor.’ John was a bad parent, and a drug addict. But fucking his daughter? If she thinks it’s true, why isn’t she with a good psychiatrist on a couch? I think it’s unconscionable that Oprah would let her do her show. I have every reason to believe it’s untrue. Oprah should be more judicious about who she has on her show."

"Mackenzie has a lot of mental illness. She’s had a needle stuck up her arm for 35 years. She was arrested for heroin and coke just recently. She did ‘Celebrity Rehab’ and now she writes a book. The whole thing is timed.”

The whole thing is also ridiculous. After the entire pregnant male fiasco, I don't know why people continue to waste their time watching Oprah's show.

Even style icons make mistakes. We've all seen Rihanna when she's on top of her game. But obviously, Rihanna took the weekend off. We don't know why she threw a faux fur vest over a striped top with black leggings and gold accessories that would make Mr. T proud. But we hope she gets over her 60s style obsession and returns to her senses.

Speaking of a hot sizzling mess, what was going on with Beyonce down under in Australia over the weekend? Judging by the smudged lipstick, either Bey was in a great hurry to join her hubby Jay Z in London or she let Solange's son Jules apply her lip gloss.

I guess Jay Z's mother never told him that if he makes ugly faces too frequently, his mug will freeze in that position? Maybe that explains why Jigga always looks like he's taking a dump. That and the fact that he's pushing 41 now and is dependent on his prescription Viagra to keep him "up" so to speak. Jay Z performed live with rock band Coldplay in London, England over the weekend, and nobody cared.

Big baby LeBron James is everywhere these days. Yesterday, LeBron played catch with members of the Dallas Cowboys before they lost to the lowly NY Giants. Maybe he brought them bad luck?

RHOA cast member Sheree Whitfield wrapped up her fashion line debut in NYC and flew back to Atlanta Saturday, just in time to attend a Hennessy event at the Velvet Room. I guess she knows exactly where to go to be seen, huh? Speaking of fake azzes, I hear that Sheree joined the long list of women who opted for butt injections instead of the fashionable butt pads made popular by Beyonce. A loyal reader tells me she bumped up against Sheree and mistook her butt for a concrete slab. "It was THAT hard," wrote my reader in an email.

Now we know why the Queen of Talk, Oprah Winfrey didn't get the first exclusive interview with woman beater Chris Brown since his arrest in February on assault charges.

According to TMZ.com:

People magazine asked Brown about the fact that Oprah did "a show on abuse, inspired by Rihanna." Chris replied:

"I commend Oprah on being like, 'This is a problem,' but it was a slap in my face. I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school. She could have been more helpful, like, 'Okay, I'm going to help both of these people out.'"

TMZ called Oprah for a comment, and Oprah's rep sent TMZ the following response:

"Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school but she takes domestic abuse very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs."

Ouch! That was harsh.

The ultimate narcissist -- TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey, appears on every cover of her eponymous publication titled simply O: The Oprah Magazine. It is a magazine that, as the title suggests, is by, for, and about Oprah.

If you're a regular reader, you know how I feel about self-indulgent narcissists like Oprah. But the October issue of O is something special. It's a case study of what happens when one big narcissist meets head-on with another big narcissist. As you know, Oprah interviews Jay Z in that issue.

I must admit I did expect Oprah to put Jay Z on the cover of her magazine. I figured his oversized ego would demand it. But in fact, it took me some time to even find a reference to the Jay Z piece on the cover.

There it is, way down at the bottom right corner of the magazine, tucked under the subheading, "BEHOLD THE $30 BAG."

Jay Z's subheading is set in smaller typeface than the subheading above it -- almost as an afterthought.

Oprah, who makes no bones about her contempt for rappers, queries the rap mogul on his drug dealing past, his marriage to wife Beyonce, on being shot at, and his continued use of the N word:

O: Do you believe that using the N word is necessary?

J: Nothing is necessary. It’s just become part of the way we communicate. My generation hasn’t had the same experience with that word that generations of people before us had. We weren’t so close to the pain. So in our way, we disarmed the word. We took the fire pin out of the grenade.

TV talk show maven Oprah Winfrey and her lover, er, I mean BFF Gayle King, ate out yesterday with singer Alicia Keys, who is still dogged by persistent rumors that she's a lesbun. Yes, we know that allegedly Alicia is with that hawk nosed producer, but the lesbun rumors persist just the same.

By the way, is Alicia Keys looking a little chunky around the midsection and thighs like she might be pregnant?

And speaking of pregnant, Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson isn't any more -- pregnant, that is. She gave birth to a son yesterday. Congrats to Jennifer and her sperm donor (and alleged butt surfer) Punk!

It began with one post on Oprah Winfrey's popular website Oprah.com. A of Hillary Clinton's supporter blowing off steam following Barack Obama's upset victory over Hillary in the Iowa Caucuses, criticized Oprah for backing Obama over Clinton.

"I cannot believe that women all over this country are not up in arms over Oprah’s backing of Obama," Hillary's campaign supporter wrote. "For the first time in history we actually have a shot at putting a woman in the White House and Oprah backs the black MAN. She’s choosing her race over her gender." That post prompted hundreds of abusive comments from angry white women who consider Oprah a traitor for turning against another white woman.

Well, welcome to the club ladies. For the first time in Oprah's history she puts her own race over YOU and the black community is rejoicing! We will never forget the scenes from Forsyth County, Georgia 18 years ago of Oprah hugging and kissing racist whites who had earlier hurled racial epithets and stones at our black men.

Oprah's popularity took a hit in the black community but she continued to focus on issues that were relevant to her white female audience. Her predominantly white female audience made Oprah a billionaire - and she returned the favor many times over. Instead of filling her audience with needy minority families when she gave away millions of dollars worth of her favorite things, the recipients were mostly affluent white women who afford their own favorite things.

Oprah is widely credited with helping Obama in Iowa. But Oprah, dubbed the Queen of All Media, has not campaigned for him since. While Obama's aides suggest Oprah may return to the campaign trail, her critics believe she is running scared. Isn't it ironic that the same women who put Oprah in power are now denying her right to support the candidate she believes in?
