Kyle Jenner is prepared to welcome baby No. 2, but not before doing a little celebrating with her closest friends and family.

Sources with intimate knowledge of Kylie's World tell TMZ Kylie's sister Khloe Kardashian threw the bash at her manse over the weekend.

The private affair was attended by Kylie's family, including her nieces and nephews, and a few close friends.

Kylie, 23, already has 3-year-old daughter Stormi, who will become a big sister to a little brother or sister.

TMZ reports Kylie and troubled rapper Travis "are very much a couple" -- despite a recent report from W Magazine that stated otherwise.

W magazine scrapped a planned cover story of the couple following his Astroworld disaster.

"W editors have cleared any planned coverage of Travis and Kylie from their website, but the magazine was already printed, and now they are trying to stop the delivery trucks," an insider told Page Six after the event.

Unlike her secret surrogate pregnancy with Stormi, Kylie has been more transparent this time around, sharing multiple photos of her baby bump on social media.

TMZ predicts baby Webster could arrive before the end of the year.

Check out Reginae's custom birthday cake by Sassy Girl Pies made to look like a Fender amplifier and edible guitar amid a pile of edible weed and fake cash.

According to blogger Tami Reed, of TalkingwithTami.com, Reginae's roller skating party got started after midnight.

Tami, pictured right with Reginae, writes:

"I arrived at the skating rink and it was nicely decorated and curated by Dazzle Parties. With the neon colored decor, it really made the event pop. Cutout images of Reginae were displayed throughout the space. They also had a custom made guitar cake by Sassy Girl Pies and fun 360 photo booth for guests. I haven’t been on a pair of roller skates in a minute but I was an avid skater back in the day, it quickly came back to me lol.

"Later on a heavy metal band started playing and the guests gathered on the skating rink floor. Reginae made her entrance looking too cute with a black studded corset adorned with chains and patent leather platform boots! She killed her look and was in great spirits! She got on the mic and welcomed everyone and said she was ready to get her "roll on" and then rap group Shop Boyz appeared and performed their hit song, "Party Like A Rock Star"! Reginae rocked out to the song and everyone around her started to dance."

Once again, comedic actress Tiffany Haddish proves she can't hold her liquor. A friend assisted the stumbling drunk star to an Uber. Tiffany, who is dating rapper/actor Common, has previously said she wants to adopt a child. But adoption officials will likely take into considering her history of drinking and psychological problems.

Jada Pinkett Smith celebrated her 50th birthday milestone with a star-studded 70s-themed skating party at her home.

The A-list actress and her husband Will Smith built the skating rink at their Los Angeles home for the bash. They were joined by some of her showbiz pals, including MC Lyte, Toni Braxton and Charlie Mack.

A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six: "It was the happiest I've ever seen them."

Guests were all asked to provide shoe and sock sizes before arriving for the party to be fitted for custom roller skates.

The insider shared:

"It was probably the best time anyone has ever had, and the DJ played the best music. It was mostly '70s... it was like a '70s party."

Will, 52, didn't take to the rink because he's currently in the middle of shooting a film.

However, Jada "skated the whole entire time, and her mom was out there skating the whole time too".

And although guests were required to take a Covid test before attending the bash, the event was staged in typical "Smith family style".

The source said:

"There was no product placement. It was in Smith family style. They paid for everything."

Barack Obama's supporters are speaking out against him after he hosted his 60th birthday bash at his $14 million mansion during a pandemic.

New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd wrote a stinging opinion editorial slamming her former friend's birthday bash as an "orgy of the 1%."

Fashion critic André Leon Talley is also among Obama's allies who criticized the former president in the NY Times op-ed.

Eugene Gologursky/WireImage

Talley compared Obama to infamous French queen Marie-Antoinette who once told starving citizens to eat cake.

"I think the nouveaux riches Obamas are seriously tone-deaf," said Talley.

"We all love Beyonce. But people have so many things to worry about with Covid, voting rights, climate warming. People are afraid of being evicted from their homes. And the Obamas are in Marie-Antoinette, tacky, let-them-eat-cake mode. They need to remember their humble roots."

Maureen Dowd stopped short of calling Obama a narcissist for hosting a party amid the surging coronavirus Delta variant:

"Barack Obama gave a big, lavish, new-money party at his sprawling mansion on the water because he wanted to seem cool. Being cool is important to him...

It’s hard to stop thinking about the over-the-top fete the former president held at his Martha’s Vineyard manse for his 60th birthday. It is such a perfect taxonomy of the Obama arc."

Former President Barack Obama proves there are two sets of rules for Americans -- one for the Haves and the other for the Have Nots.

Celebrities and other elites attended Obama's 60th birthday bash without face masks on Martha's Vineyard over the weekend.

The #ObamaVariant trended overnight online after guests leaked photos and videos from Obama's three day bash.

Obama, who turned 60 on August 4, promised to "scale back" his massive 500 guest list after critics slammed his birthday plans.

Your auntie would post the photos from the party, but Obama's people are snatching down photos and videos from the Internet.

Meanwhile, liberals are praising Obama for holding his party as the Delta variant surged across America.

New York Times reporter Annie Karni was dragged on Twitter for describing Obama's soiree as a "sophisticated vaccinated crowd".

Journalist Glenn Greenwald tweeted:

"A NYT reporter on CNN justifying Obama's huge maskless birthday bash because he only invited 'a sophisticated, vaccinated crowd' is about as emblematic of liberal discourse as it gets. What happened to all the concerns about vaccinated people passing Delta to the unvaccinated? Yes, it's a pandemic and a crisis, but let the sophisticated people have their fun!"

Barack Obama is scaling back his 60th birthday bash amid surging Coronavirus Delta variant cases around the country.

The former U.S. President sparked outrage over plans for his huge 60th birthday bash with a guest list of 500 people and 200 workers at his beachfront Martha's Vineyard estate.

Original plans called for a guest list of over 500 celebrities, politicians, professional athletes.

AXIOS reports that all attendees must be tested for COVID and be fully vaccinated, but face masks are not required.

But politicians, public figures, and social media users expressed outrage over news of the private bash.

Many pointed out the hypocrisy of elites like Obama operating under a different set of rules than average Americans.

Attendance is now limited to 200 hundred family and close friends, according to a press release from his office.

Obama spokesperson Hannah Hankins said in a statement:

"This outdoor event was planned months ago in accordance with all public health guidelines and with COVID safeguards in place. Due to the new spread of the delta variant over the past week, the President and Mrs. Obama have decided to significantly scale back the event to include only family and close friends."

Carole Baskin ripped Atlanta stars Sean Combs (left) and Pierre "Pee" Thomas (right) for posing with a caged tiger at the Black Tie Affair for the Quality Control Records CEO on Wednesday night.

Baskin slammed Combs and several other celebs for posing with the caged tiger at Atlanta's Fox Theater.

Baskin is a big-cat rights activist and CEO of Big Cat Rescue, a non-profit animal sanctuary based near Tampa.

She is best known for her appearance in Netflix's documentary series Tiger King about Oklahoma-based private zoo operator Joe Exotic.

Even though she wasn't invited to the party, Baskin claims there are signs that the animal was stressed inside the cage. She says it was a horrible scene for the big cat, according to TMZ.

Paras Griffin/Getty Images

Invited guests included Combs, Ray J, T.I. & Tiny, Gucci Mane and his wife Keyshia Ka'oir, Lil Baby, Teyana Taylor, 2 Chainz, Bow Wow, Jermaine Dupri, City Girls, and more.

Baskin says the white tiger looked stressed by all the noise and chaos -- that's why it's pacing and mouth breathing -- both signs the cat was not comfortable in the small cage.

Paras Griffin/Getty Images

Baskin couldn't fathom why folks would want to "demonstrate dominion over the world's most magnificent animal" at the party. She says it was clear exploitation and a slap in the face to mother nature.

Carole said the whole scene made partygoers look "impotent, clueless and cruel" to animals.

Baskin also wonders if the tiger was brought in illegally, and she's urging local authorities to investigate the party.

The Georgia Dept. of Natural Resources would have to issue a permit for the tiger to be displayed.

TMZ reached out to the GDNR, and also to Quality Control Music for comment.

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson III (right) has been accused of thumbing his nose at the coronavirus outbreak. Florida officials slammed the semi-retired rapper as "stupid" for hosting a maskless pre-Super Bowl party over the weekend.

The "In Da Club" rapper performed in front of a large crowd of maskless attendees inside a hangar at Albert Whitted Airport on Friday night, just two days before the sporting extravaganza was held in nearby Tampa.

St. Petersburg, Florida Mayor Rick Kriseman expressed his disbelief at the news via Twitter.

"This isn't how we should be celebrating the Super Bowl. It's not safe or smart. It's stupid," he wrote, before vowing to launch an investigation into the party.

"We're going to take a very close look at this, and it may end up costing someone a lot more than 50 cents."

Ironically, 50 was among the stars who urged fans to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing and face coverings at the start of the pandemic last March.

Johnny Nunez/Getty Images

Other celebrities holding maskless parties in the Tampa area ahead of Super Bowl Sunday include superstar DJs Diplo and Steve Aoki, who made sure to keep their masks on, while rappers Migos were bare faced as they attended a Bounce pop-up party.

Rick Ross and French Montana co-hosted a bash at The Ritz Ybor attended by Flavor Flav and hip-hop stars Tory Lanez who joined hundreds of maskless guests.

According to the CDC, Black and brown people are among the groups disproportionately affected by the coronavirus. They are also the groups least likely to roll up their sleeves for the Covid-19 mRNA vaccines.
