The entire Hudson School Board in Ohio must resign or face child porn charges over a sexual writing assignment given to students.

Hudson Mayor Craig Schubert announced his decision at a school board meeting on Monday, after students at Hudson High School were given sexually explicit writing assignments.

Students in the Liberal Arts II writing class were told to "write a sex scene you wouldn't show your mom," and "Describe your favorite part of a man's body using only verbs."

The students were also instructed to "Write an X-rated Disney scenario."

It isn't clear if the teacher who handed out the assignments must also resign or face criminal charges.

Red-faced Mayor Schubert spoke at a school board meeting, garnering loud applause from outraged parents who read the papers their children wrote.

Schubert told the school board he spoke with a judge who confirmed that the students' writings could be considered child pornography.

"It has come to my attention that your educators are distributing essentially what is child pornography in the classroom.

"I've spoken to a judge this evening and she's already confirmed that. So I'm going to give you a simple choice: either choose to resign from this board of education or you will be charged."

The mayor then stormed out of the room to loud applause from the angry parents.

The Hudson School Board members include one female and 5 males.

According to Dailymail.com, "Ohio law prohibits sending 'harmful' or obscene material to, or sharing it with, a minor, though this statute usually refers to sexting or sending obscene images."

Parent Monica Havens, a public school teacher for 11 years, told The Plain Dealer:

"I can't even wrap my brain around as a teacher, I don't care if it's for college credit, these are minors. When these topics are encouraged and read by adults, that is pedophilia.

"This is grooming, and all of you need to be replaced,' Havens told the school board. "You have dedicated yourself to woke social justice."

A New York-based lawyer is seeking a criminal investigation into sex assault allegations against rapper Tip "T.I." Harris and his wife, singer Tameka "Tiny" Harris.

Attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn is asking federal prosecutors in two states to investigate multiple instances of sexual abuse on behalf of 11 women who allege they were victimized by the couple or members of their entourage.

The crimes are alleged to have occurred in Georgia and California.

Mr. Blackburn said the sex crimes span nearly two decades from 2005 until the most recent instance in 2018.

The women accused the couple of "sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terroristic threats and false imprisonment."

The New York Times has spoken with five women who claimed they were drugged, raped or sexually assaulted by the Harrises or those in their inner circle of friends and associates.

None of the women are among those who posted their accounts of drugging and sexual abuse on social media in January.

Those women shared their stories online in response to allegations made by T.I. and Tiny's former friend, Sabrina Peterson, who alleged the rapper put a gun to her head in 2009 and threatened her.

The women allege that T.I. and Tiny plied them with drugs (ecstasy) and, when they were incapacitated, sexually abused them and passed them off to their friends for their pleasure.

One alleged victim, a veteran, who served five years in the Air Force, said she met the couple in Los Angeles in 2005.

On one occasion, the woman went back with the couple to their hotel room. She became intoxicated after she'd consumed less than two drinks, Blackburn wrote in a letter to prosecutors.

According to the letter, Ms. Harris suggested that the military veteran "freshen up," and took her to the bathroom, where the woman allowed Ms. Harris to undress and bathe her and T.I..

All three people were naked, and the woman was intoxicated and throwing up by the time they got back to bed, the letter said. T.I. then "attempted to put his foot into her vagina." The woman told him no. She recalled T.I. laughing at her for vomiting and he left the room to retrieve condoms.

"The next thing she remembers," the letter continued, "was waking up naked on the couch, with a towel thrown over her, with a very sore vagina." A security guard was banging on the door, telling her to leave.

In a statement on Friday, T.I. and Tiny's high profile attorney, Steve Sadow, vigorously denied the rumors.

"We fully expect that if these claims are thoroughly and fairly investigated, no charges will be forthcoming," Sadow said. "These allegations are nothing more than the continuation of a sordid shakedown campaign that began on social media and now attempts to manipulate the press and misuse the justice system."

Sadow is mounting a million dollar defense for the Harrises. The power attorney's retainer fee is said to be in the neighborhood of $250,000, including a per hourly fee of $2,500.

The arrests come after "Cheer" star Jerry Harris was charged with multiple counts of federal child pornography and sex crimes in September.

Harris and Ryan were on the Navarro College cheer team, which was featured on the reality TV series, but Ryan did not appear on the show, People reports.

Ryan posted his $50,000 bond and was released Friday morning, according to People magazine.
