Socialite Kim Kardashian got a marriage proposal from one of her longtime admirers.

Media mogul Sheeraz Hasan has spent the past 20 years making people famous, including creating successful marketing strategies for Kim, Paris Hilton, Justin Bieber, and Miley Cyrus, among others.

Now that Kim is a single mother of four, Hasan seized the opportunity to be more than just her marketing Guru. He wants to move in and take Kanye West's place in her heart.

And just so she knows he's serious, Hasan paid $150,000 for a Billboard in a prime location on Sunset Blvd to pop the question in a very big way.

The billboard reads: "Kim, Marry Me".

In case you think he's rushing things: sources say Kim, 40, and Hasan, 47, are more than just friends. He's partly the reason why Kanye packed his bags and moved to Wyoming 2 years ago.

Hasan was born in London, England. In 2020 he launched a reality TV show titled FAME By Sheeraz to document the lives of wannabe stars.

Floyd Mayweather Jr and YouTube star Jake Paul got into a heated exchange at the press conference for Floyd's upcoming boxing match with Logan Paul.

The 44-year-old champion boxer is annoyed since boxing fans say his fight with 26-year-old Logan is fake.

If you recall, Logan's brother, Jake, 24, knocked out former NBA player Nate Robinson last year.

In a video posted on Thursday, Floyd suggested a boxing match between himself and Jake.

Jake tells him, "Don't be calling [event promoter] Al Haymon. Let's make it happen."

"I'm my own boss," FLoyd replies angrily.

Then Jake snatched Floyd's cap off his head and shouted "Got your cap!" before fleeing with Floyd in hot pursuit.

Chaos ensued as Floyd's security chased after them and separated the two combatants.

Question: Do you think the upcoming fight between Floyd and Logan Paul is fake?

Be warned: the video contains excessive profanity -- mostly by Floyd who never got his cap back.

Remember when Kevin Hart was filmed having intimate relations in a hotel room with a woman who wasn't his wife, and we thought the whole thing was a publicity stunt? We were right.

Hart's dirt is being exposed now that he is laid up in a rehab facility after breaking his back in three places in a serious car crash on Sept. 1.

Montia Sabbag, the woman in Hart's hotel room sex tape, is suing him for $60 million, claiming he and another man installed a camera in a Las Vegas hotel room to boost publicity for his comedy tour.

The lawsuit alleges that Hart and his former friend J.T. Jackson, who was arrested and charged with extortion, set her up for publicity.

Hart himself revealed the extramarital activity by "apologizing" publicly to his wife, Eniko Parrish-Hart, for cheating on her.

"I made a bad error in judgement and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did," Hart said in a video on his Instagram account.

A few blogs then accused Hart of staging what seemed to be an obvious publicity stunt.

But Sabbag came forward to say Hart, 40, was innocent and he was not aware of the video tape in advance.

She also said she didn't want money from him.

Now she claims Hart and Jackson set her up by installing cameras "without her knowledge or consent, while she was engaged in private, consensual sexual relations" with the comedian.

But Hart's lawyers say she tried to extort him for "six figures" prior to filing her lawsuit.

Meanwhile, Tristan's pregnant girlfriend, L.A. socialite Khloe Kardashian is hiding somewhere in Cleveland while her surrogate gives birth to her and Tristan's baby.
