Video: Detroit City Council members silence Kwame

This video is hilarious! Today was Kwame Kilpatrick’s first day back before the same city council members who voted to oust him in March. Council President Ken Cockrel Jr. basically told the mayor he didn’t want to hear anything the mayor had to say. The look on Kwame’s face was PRICELESS! 
At the end of the video, Kwame can be heard whimpering, “It seems as if that could have happened in my office. Grandstanding is not beneficial to our citizens.” Kwame later told reporters he felt totally blindsided. “It was childish,” said he. Whatever, Kwame!

I read about this briefly earlier today and was like DAMN!!!! They’re getting straight gangsta with LL Cool Kwame. While I don’t feel sorry for him one iota, city council is pulling LL Cool Kwame moves right now. Ken ****rel wants his job and that makes their treatment of him look a little shady. I live in Detroit, and this whole situation is pure entertainment…it just keeps getting funnier and funnier. The woman in the pic with the tiara is actually one of our councilwomen, Barbara Rose-Collins, and she was indeed wearing the tiara because her dumb a$$ says it was her birthday. This idiodicy could only happen in Detroit, unfortunately, a city ran entirely by Blacks.

I agree #29, they can’t just go around shytin’ on Kilpatrick b/c he messed up. Until both of his feet are out of the door they need to respect him and not act so ignorant in public. I think whites are laughing and moving out of Detroit as we speak….

That sounds like anger because he cheated that’s between him and his wife and not the council. and what man would not lie about cheating? the council president is just trying to get his name out so that he can run for Mayor you should see the interview he did after the show he put on.
NOT ONLY DID HE CHEAT…..but he has cost the city millions of dollars already which also have to be put in the BUDGET. Those 2 cops have to be paid off for being fired without reason…cause Kwame wanna play HNIC…and he also leased a vehicle for his wife, and used charity funds for vactions, who could trust the budget in the hands of a corrupted idiot like that.
