All day today I’ve received emails from readers begging me to let them register to comment on this blog. Can someone explain the thought process behind this type of request?
If I visit a blog and I disagree with what the blog owner writes, I don’t email him/her venting my rage. I just click the back button and keep it moving. Why can’t you?
What is that sense of urgency that compels you to be rude to a complete stranger even though you gain no benefit from your actions?
I very rarely leave a comment on a blog and I will never register to do so. The thought of begging a blog owner to allow me to register is completely foreign to me. I had a reader offer me her 1st born child if I open registration. I realize she was just joking, but still…

The haters want in Sandra! You have enough loyal readers that post on here that give you their 2 cents when they disagree with you. You sure as hell dont need some body else’s stans with the ablitly to comment just to dog you every second of the day. …Speaking of which, I think you need to do some clean up…JMO.

I had no idea the blog world was that dayum serious. This is my second blog, well does a message board count as a blog?? Anyway, I read this site long before I registered, had I not been able to register I would still come read the posts and keep it moving. Not email someone begging to be let on, or complaining on another blog.

I appreciate my 2nd chance registration. I was not offended when Sandra originally told me that the registration was closed. I just continued to be entertained by the wonderful content/comments everyday.

well in the end a blog is just someone’s opinion…if people care enough to come read they probably are they type that would like to offer theirs as well. and I don’t need any unborn kids but would gladly offer my privileges up to the highest bidder..haha

I have been reading for a long time and could not wait to post for adult interaction with professionals. The people that want to join do not have good reasoning. Who knew blog wars existed? I love the content and the blog fam at SR.com. All the others can kick rocks
This site is like a country club. Everyone is not welcome. Sandra for a specific reason chose to only open the last few registrations to work email accounts. If you have a job someone was willing to give you an interview and you were intelligent enough to get a job that has a office computer that you use each day to do your job. I too don’t like to read comments in caps. It only makes it harder to read and the comment is sometimes over looked(by some). It makes me dizzy and I do read all comments but I have to damn near put my face against my computer screen to see what was typed. I like to quickly read the comments while at work. I don’t want to have to work to read one in caps. Just my $.50 cents. We in the room do agree to disagree and may have our bad days. My husband loves this site and emails it to his buddies. Hubby and I talk about Sandrarose.com like we are having our own Oprah book club. (not a Oprah fan but had to use it for an analogy). He does not read the comments thank GOD(I use my real name and he would be on my ass about that. Hard to forget your own name.LOL). Sandra we the people love this site and being I am 41 the only change I want is a change in replacing our president. No need to let the “I’m first ppl in. Not my call but yours. I just appreciate that I can log on and have a decent yet what the hell you talkin bout chat with ppl of all walks of life. I know that dblaq has a nonprofit orginazition with young men in peril that I donated 50 bucks to,a tax deduction at that. It’s a win win. We may be states or miles apart but as it has been said by PYT many times we are a dys fun shinal family. (sorry Pyt if I did not spell it as lavishly as you always do). My point is (why do I have Mariah in my head) We belong to together. Sandra, I am not concerned with the looks of the ppl in the room. If they choose to have a gravitar with a pic it is a plus. When one reads between the lines you do know what you are going to get. I don’t want to get immature ass comments because someone thought it was cute to post it. I like adult conversation with real ppl with a real voice. Sometimes your little rosebuds may slip and attack each others commets, but that is not a day to day thing. Sandra I appreciate you and the choices you made for your rosebuds because I really don’t want to be in a room where ppl don’t read what was typed and repeated 500 times. this room is a small community of ppl who just want to chat to ease or make the work day go by faster. Have a great weekend to all the Sandrarose readers and especially to those who are not afraid to comment because your feelings may get hurt. At the end of the day it is just a blog and it does not pay my bills or put gas in my car. It may for Sandra and I say’ You go, do you, get that money. Sandra is like a foster mother who brought us all together, for that Iam happy and feel more blessed because I appreciate this web site as I do black and married with kis.
Leave as it is, you don’t need anymore such mere negative comments but I have a question.. Why do we constantly find negative when only positive exists? I’ll never fathom the reasoning behind this..

I know I am late on this post, but I just wanted to say to Sandra to keep doign what you do. Its A BLOG you are entitled to your opinion. I personally come here because even with your slanted post, its a place where I can engage in conversation w/ other mature people. I check plenty of sites for there news recaps and so on and so forth. Your blog is maintained nicely - I can’t say that for other, its annoying to read a comment that says 1st, 2nd or 3rd. And even more annoying to read comments that are advertisements.

You know what Sandra, for all the BS that you print, I have to say that you stay true to yourself. You will have haters and admires that want to be seen and heard. There are bloggers who are well known on other sites who want to be well know here as well. I don’t even use the same SN here as I did on another website.
