Lauryn Hill Staging Major Comeback
Former Fugees lead singer Lauryn Hill is set to make a major comeback according to Hill’s longtime partner and father of her five kids, Rohan Marley. Marley, son of reggae legend Bob Marley, says Hill is a prolific songwriter who scribbles lyrics all over the bathroom walls and on toilet paper.
“She writes it in the mirror if the mirror smokes up,” said Marley. “She writes constantly. This woman does not sleep.”

Yall I promise my daughter said that Lauryn Hill performed in a park last weekend. I hadn’t heard anything about her being in town. My daughter is good for getting her stories mixed up. If I put more thought into the things she tells me, I might call her a borderline liar.

She is indeed a talent, great performer live … great writer, etc. I look forward to her return, if she is indeed planning on it. Substance lacks in our industry for real.
I think the mirror and toilet tissue comment just speaks to how often words that flow come to her. I know for myself I can be anywhere and if words come to me I write them on anything near because I am terrible at tryign to remember them later.

Maybe it’s because i’m PMSing..but I really find it hard to fell sorry for Lauren..she was Clef’s mistress..got w/rohan to piss him off..didnt know who Zion’s daddy was(Clef rushed to the hospital when she went into labor) rohan was already married with children and cheated on her with her cousin..however she kept dropping kids..oh did I mention he’s still married..she’s not crazy it’s karma..yeah yeah i know she didnt know about ro beforehand but she knows now..besides he’s a Marley..hello..his own mama was a sidechik of bobs!

Yes, she was wonderful lyrically and her voice was beautiful. I was hoping she could give us ten albums like mary, but it just didnt happy. I pray she can pull it together. We need her.

I read somewhere a looong time ago that Bob Marley also had several wives, including one of his back up singers….the Rastafarian faith allows them to have more than one wife, as well as open use of the wacky tobacky…or so I read.
I hope she gets it together for real, she has such a killer voice and she can rap too (even though she has some ghost writers). It’s a damn shame that she’s letting all that go to waste while she pops out child after child and chases after that no good triflin azz Rohan. That whole writing on walls and toilet paper mess makes me think of that Meth PSA where the girl is scrubbin the walls and scratching herself…that’s some Meth-type behavior!

I’ll believe it when I see it. She is weird and lost her mind going down to Jamaica too many times and birthing her own small tribe of 5 kids. She shows up in concert and disappoints hardcore fans with her unrested, scratchy, shady vocals or half a$$ sets. THEN, I personally know a young lady from h-school who sings as her back-up. Talk about flip-flop personality and treating her band bad. I’ve lost hope in Lauryn.
