He stops mid verses, and always seem a bit out of breath. Not to mention he stole numerous lyrics and claimed them as his own from biggie! DMX and Jayz already had a rap battle according to DMX. He said back in the day, he and Jayz and their peeps met up at a secret location outdoors (i’m guessing somewhere in the hood) and had a rap battle. This was while the two of them were on the verge of becoming stars, they were coming up, but not yet known to the masses; however on the underground circuit, they were tops.
DMX said in his opinion, there was no competition, and everyone was saying DMX won the battle. However, jayz’s people was trying to call it a draw, but the people were definitely feeling DMX more. I believe DMX’s story, cause Jayz never responded to that interview. And why was Jayz’s people calling it a draw; thought he was the best rapper? If anything, i would have said i won, not it’s a draw!
