Natalie Cole is Fighting Back
Singer says she’s a “warrior” in her battle against hepatitis C.
Eight-time Grammy winner Natalie Cole, 58, hasn’t thrown in the towel on her career. In fact, she’s giving life everything she has. The acclaimed singer “gets real” with Jet magazine and opens up about being diagnosed with hepatitis C as well as how she’s coping with kidney failure. “I hope nobody I know gets it. I hope they find a cure,” she said.
Despite her illness, Cole says she still wants to look her best at all times. “Honey, I can’t be looking sick and be looking bad. Some things are not acceptable. You got to roll with it,” she said, while laughing. (p. 44)

i am glad to see she is taking this in stride, maybe mpeople will look at the life they are living and do things to change how they are living.
I always know when something is wrong with someone’s liver by how “bucked” their eyes are. Real talk.
When I see someone with “big” eyes, the first thing out of my mouth is “something’s wrong with their liver”.

LMAO.

Black Friday took a grim turn when a Walmart employee in New York died after bargain hunters broke down the doors to the store.
The 34-year-old male employee was pronounced dead one hour after shoppers broke down the doors to the shopping center in Valley Stream, N.Y., and knocked him down at around 5 a.m. Friday, police said.
A 28-year-old pregnant woman was also taken in for observation and three other shoppers suffered minor injuries during the incident, police said.
This is accoridn to Fox News. Sad indeed - its not that serious for a bargain. People have no regard for humna life at times.

Big eyes are characteristic of Thyroid issues.

Hey guys-
I sick too, Divine! I got a mean cold that will fa’sho get worse. I can’t stop sneezing. Anywho, I’m pissed as f&ck. I went shopping this morning and spent like $500. Then I come to work to find out that the payroll department didn’t put our checks in and no one got paid, which means I over drew my account by $300!!!
I swear, I betta have my money or an good a$$ explanation for this sh!t cuz if I don’t, imma about to walk out of this b!tch and they human resources b!tch will hear my filthy mouth. They know better than to mess with people’s money!

Damn Hermosa … I hope they straighten it out. Most banks give you 2 hrs to put the $ in there before they asses you w/ fees. Its the primary reason why I have the overdraft protection w/ my accounts, for those times where I may overspend or if there is an issue w/ payroll posting my funds.

I know I should’ve checked my account and the funny thing is that I had a funny feeling about it this morning but I ignored it. I called my bank and I’m so thankful that my sister is a personal banker bc she reversed the fee’s for me but f*ck that, this company will still pay me my overdrown fee’s.
They haven’t even given us an explanation, didn’t send out an email alerting employess, NATHAN!!! Them thinking that this is okay is what irritates me the most. I’m lucky that I have a savings account to fall back on but what about people that live pay check to pay check… It’s about to go down in 5,4,3,2. . . . .I don’t wanna take it to one, but they pushing me!!!
