‘Atlanta Housewives’ Highest Rated in ‘Real Housewives’ Franchise History

As predicted, the final episode of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” series was the highest rated in ‘Real Housewives’ franchise history in all demographics, according to Nielsen Media Research.

Tuesday night’s episode posted a 2.02 household coverage rating, garnering 1.68 million adults 18-49 and 2.21 million total viewers, up 51 percent among adults 18-49 (vs. 1.11 million) and up 48 percent among total viewers (vs. 1.499 million), compared to the prior week’s episode.

This is actually sad… the “black” women got the most ratings beacuse they were ghetto .. loud ..fighting .. and ignant ? …

Next season I’m hoping for better weaves and maybe they need to add one more Housewife. Maybe the person in charge of casting should look through some Jezebel Magazines for a new recruit.

They are all fake if you ask me…except for DeShawn! She is just rich and clueless!Lol If you peep, this photo was taken at the premier of the show in October. They are all chummy and NeNe has her hand around Sheree…But if you paid attention to the dates they mentioned in the last show (yes I’m that much of a loser!!! Lol) Ed’s B’day is in May, so that is when they stopped tapping and NeNe, Sheree, and Kim apparently can’t stand each other. I saw some other pictures online of this event, and Kim is actually sitting on NeNe’s lap!!

I watched the show. I found it better than watching Flav and New York. I am not sure how I would act if I had millions but I hope I wouldn’t be so superficial.

I STILL blame Flava Flav for this love affair of sheer coonism…NeNe is the breakout star..SMH

Did anyone watch any of the other “Real Housewives”? I watched Orange County once, they seemed more focused on spending their money, their children, and the thought of losing their money – i.e. their husband. No cat fights or back stabbing. Why is that????

melinla i watched the new york one and i enjoyed that one. never could get into the orange county one. everyone complains about how the atlanta housewives act , but truthfully all the women from all of the shows acted the same way . it was all about money, cars , and social standings. maybe the atlanta wives, divorcee, and a mistress took it too far , but it was all the same.

i hope they let kim’s old behind go next season. hell they could just put in more nene and dwight.

I agree licia. The only reason they caught so much flack is because they were black and therefore considered “ghetto”. I loved the show :)

That Flavor-Flav CRAP was a HUGE Hit for VH1 & THAT definitely got the ball rolling for THESE Coon-tastic Reality sitcoms (Truly Sad Indeed) ;-)
