Dallas Austin attempts to salvage his reputation

We all shook our heads when Kim Zolciak opened her mouth and sang for Dallas Austin in his studio.

Until that moment, many of us thought a singer had to have at least a modicum of talent to persuade a producer of Austin’s caliber to work with her.

For decades music teachers taught their students that it takes dedication and hard work to make it in the music industry.

But in one episode of Real Housewives, we learned the sad truth about the music industry: it’s not how talented or dedicated you are, it’s who you know.

Dallas Austin took to his Myspace blog yesterday to clear up his relationship with Real Housewives’ Kim Zolciak.

Hmmm…… so who’s REALLY telling the truth? Dallas or Kim? Kim’s interview on Essence today said her first single “Tight Rope” was written and produced by Dallas and it would be out in January!!! I guess we’ll see what’s real when/if the song ever hits the airwaves.

I don’t know how much of this show to believe. With all the mess the castmates talk about each other, they sure are all “chummy” on the red carpets and at parties.

Dallas ruined his crediability with this stunt. He had to have owed Kim’s ex-boyfriend a favor. If her song actually drops and is written and produced by Dallas, he may be done.

Not only is Kim playing herself, she should be thankful to NeNe for being honest with her. And why in the hell does Sherree pump her up like she can really carry a tune? She know she not right. Is it because Kim sweats her so hard?

Dallas has made a made move if this song does drop with his name attached to it.. but it will get a good laugh so maybe that will get him and Kim a lot of downloads from itunes.. Or limewire since that one is free..

As for Dallas…I guess there’s no harm in listening to the chick as a favor but I can’t see too much coming out of this seriously.

Ha! Everyone in their right mind new this was just a hoax. You could tell he thought Kim was a joke when they listened to her azz in the booth. Did yall check how the sound engineer took one of the earphones off his ear when Kim was singing? LOL.

sad. well, now that she and big papa broke up, im sure dallas wont be returning any more of her phone calls. and we all know who big papa is, right? hahaha

you can tell she just up one day and decided ‘i’ll sing…yeah that’s it…i’ll be a singer.’ it’s no secret that life is about who you know. if it weren’t, more of us would be further along based off talent and smarts…but clearly, that’s not the case.
