I realize Thanksgiving is over, but this is my last Thanksgiving post. V-103’s Ryan Cameron held his annual Thanksgiving Bowling Challenge at 300 Bowling Alley and celebs such as T.I., Ludacris, Tiny and Big Kuntry King came out to support and get their bowl on.

Also spreading Good Will during the Thanksgiving holiday were rappers Flo Rida, Brisco and Billy Blue, who handed out turkeys in the Carol City area of Miami, Florida. Billy Blue even taught the young’ns gang signs. Hey, they’re never too young to learn!

Someone told me its a time release like tylonol but I don’t or won’t give him that on a day to day basis. *Sigh* am I the only mother with a hardheaded 7 YO? This lil boy been giving me a headache since he was 4. @ home behavior is does not match school… look @ me venting on this website.

@iscream – My friend is a social worker and she says that the test they use to determine if a child should be on the ADHD meds is biased which is why a large number of children of color are on them. I think there is a conspiracy behind the meds – but then again I’m a conspiracy theorist…
Here in Cali – a child on those meds is considered “special needs” and made to attend separate classes – that in it self embarassing enough to make the child act out more.
iscream – I have a stubborn 2 yo….but like Kym said….give him something else to do with his time. And as for school maybe the work is too easy. When he finish his work, he’s bored.

Keep venting. We take turns. I also think ppl forget that some foods make kids hyper. My kids use to get hyper after drinking cows milk.
Tiny is not an ugly girl. She is style challanged to be a celebrity (She had a name before T.I. thats how you all know her so well). If she was a non-celebrity she would not be criticized as much. This is like placing her in a ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP type of situation she always bashing her. Imagine what her self esteem is like. Or she might be laughing right to the bank.

@Hermosa.. I hear you…. But, then again thats why shelters for battered women exist now. Domestic violence centers have been created for women. No one is exempt from having low self esteem. I think she was a strong girl before him and in control of her life. People don’t know what he may have done to contribute to her low self esteem. I never say never. Some people know how to play mind games some people know how to say the right things to chip away. We never know.. And if Tiny or somebody like her crossed my path I would never do anything but lend a helping hand.
