Asians Want $4 Billion For This Picture

Asian Pacific Islanders who live in LA have filed a $4 billion lawsuit against teen star Miley Cyrus for their pain and suffering after seeing this picture of Cyrus slanting her eyes.

Attorney Lucie J. Kim, who filed the suit in L.A. county, says she represents 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who feel their civil rights have been violated, and they want $4,000 apiece from Miley.

There’s no word on if they are also suing the guy on the left who is also making an offensive gesture, or the third guy from the right — who is really insulting.

I’m completely through. I thought this was a complete joke. Its obvious they have friends that are Pacific Islanders because his azz wouldnt be in the picture. He didnt find it offensive. How old is this pic, Miley just turned 16. She is sitting on a dudes lap while another dude has a glass of wine in his hand. This little girl is going down hill fast. Everyone in the pic looks high or drunk. Her parents really do need to watch her if they want the checks to keep coming in. I don’t like Miley but I do watch “Hanna Montana”. Miley is a spoiled little brat with an annoying voice and she does not know when to shut up. She bitced and complained on the “Red Carpet” how she got her moms used Porche for her bday. Her parents allow her to date a 20 yr. old and spend the night at his home. I see a conservetorship in her future. She has let/allowed success to go to her head and thinks she is the next best thing since ‘sliced bread’. Ok I am done venting. Suing Miley for 4 billion is ridiculous, rumor has it that she won’t make her first billion until the end of ’09’. LOL.
