PICS: Simon Gidewon’s Birthday Bash
Simon Gidewon (Simon Gidewon Music), celebrated his birthday last week with family and close friends. Simon plucked me out of obscurity late one night outside Vision nightclub and helped make Sandrarose.com into one of the most popular photo websites.
A lot of people don’t know that Simon Gidewon (under Street Market Music) helped produce one of the hottest tracks on Young Jeezy’s album, The Recession, titled “Everything” featuring Anthony Hamilton.

Simon’s birthday party was held at a secret location in Atlanta last week. His celeb friends turned out, including Jermaine Dupri (wearing a suit and tie), rapper Fabolous, DJ Infamous and producers Jazze Pha and N.E.R.D. The party was such a huge success that Simon’s brother Alex Gidewon decided to continue the private party theme every Thursday night. The private “Secret Society” parties will provide a relaxing atmosphere where visiting celebrities, professional athletes and VIP’s can party without the stress of encountering hordes of overzealous groupies or paparazzi. Only so-called “high maintenance” divas who know how to keep their traps shut will be allowed inside. Entry into the private Secret Society parties will require an exclusive “door key” or a personal invite from Alex, Simon or AG Entertainment.

Does Jazze Pha know that those fruity alcoholic beverage contain a ton load of calories? I guess he doesn’t care but that heart deep down in his chest covered by all that fat and arteries that pump blood that look like mcdonalds french fry oil…that heart cares!
I saw the “bong” type thing at another spot in the A. You smoke different herbs/trees from Africa. I thought everybody was smoking weed but the guy said you pick out what kind of trees/herbs you want and then you smoke it. You get a plastic tip tube to go over the top to keep it “sanitary”.

@yvonne I do not remember as I went to the Pearl on peters street and then we walked around bar hoping. This place had a patio in the back which is where all the festivties took place. The servers come around and bring you the trees like its water..lol I want to say the place had #s in the name though.
the place is called 255 it’s a tapas bar and lounge.

Folks need to stop it with this “secret society” garbage. Everyone knows these so called “exclusive events” are very easy to infiltrate. There will ALWAYS be expections made for the “beautiful” people – once inside all secrets are revealed. Some secrets take a little longer to be made public than others (LOL).

Other than a professional jumpoff, what is Sarah Chapman’s job? Is it something within the industry or did her cooch’s meeting with Puffs’ twig and berries get her into the middle of things. - the smoking apparatus is called a Sheisha (indian/pakistani) or a Hookah (states). They smoke flavored tobacco, usually a mixture of a flavor (strawberry, apple, etc..) mixed w/ mint. You can put “other” smokable items in there too. You can see them at Velvet, 235 (?) on Peters St, and at a greek-type restaurant next door to Usher’s closed Grape franchise.
- I know jazzy’s dad was in the bar kays, how cool if his was was THE Deneice Williams (of “Silly” fame)
- “Us” buying so much “designer” clothing to show off to eachother is really sad. Everyone’s clothes should have a big logo that shows up only under a black light reading “MADE IN CHINA”.
